unsupported devices > "AI magic"
Sucks that my logitech keyboard needs "logi options" and my logitech mouse needs "log options plus".
The rest could be fireworks and animations and fantastic "AI Features".
But my - and the rest of my team's setup (and you can bet a whole bunch of people around the globe) is:
one mouse supported by this program, requiring it to work,
and another accessory supported by some other program...So... how about ditching all that AI stuff nobody really cares about, and start with making your DRIVER APP actually SUPPORT ALL YOUR DEVICES?

Bring back AI
i know people give out about the ai, but they can just, not use it ffs, like its not some hot new fad. its here to stay and now i cant get it back. This is a productivity mouse everyone should be using it. the only reason you get more negative feedback is because nobody is going to be bothered giving positive feedback about the great idea

My mouse and keyboard don't need AI
I really don't care for AI features from the software that tweaks what my mouse buttons do. Please add a way to disable the AI prompt optimisation feature. As a software engineer myself I find it hard to defend why you would make it a de facto part of everyone's install, when only a fraction of your customers will use it.

Let me disable AI Prompt
I think you should have an option for disable AI prompt. I worry about my privacy. I see the application use a lot of network. It is not usual for a software just help manage devices.

AI Prompt 실행 오류
Logi AI Prompt Bulider가 작동되지 않습니다. Options+의 완전 삭제 및 재설치나 윈도우 업데이트 등 다양한 방법을 시도해봤으나 현재 PC에서는 작동이 되지 않습니다.
이전에는 작동이 되었던 PC이고, 동일 제품을 다른 PC에서 활용했을 때는 실행이 되어서 해당 PC의 문제인데 원인 및 해결방법을 찾지 못하고 있습니다.
제품은 M720인데 이 제품의 문제가 아닌 듯 합니다. MX Master3 제품을 이용해도, 다른 키보드를 이용해도 해당 PC에서만 작동이 되지 않고, Options+ 를 이전 버전으로 설치해도 마찬가지입니다.윈도우와의 충돌인지 무엇이 원인인지 해결 방안 찾으면 좋겠습니다.

AI: Let me get rid of it
Give me an option to turn off the new AI program that installed with the latest update. It's outrageous that you would have an AI program running in the background without the option to turn it off.

Provide option to disable AI prompt
Please, please give us a way to DISABLE your bloated AI prompt *. I don't want it, it is useless, takes up compute cycles, and you have forced it on me with no way to disable it. If others want it, fine, but don't jam it down everyone's throat just to advertise of *** AI angle.

Removal of AI features and updates
I'm not interested in AI features. Please allow me the option to uninstall all AI components and let me opt out of any data gathering for Logitech's devices.

AI chat window problem
When I press some buttons in the AI chat, it moves the chat halfway to the left of the window and I have to reset the program. No other key or button brings it back to center.

Stop pushing the AI so ******* hard
Please let me turn off all the ******* AI slop leaking into my mouse setting. "Smart actions" full of chatgpt prompts that presume to be able to correct my grammar? *****; I have a degree in writing. By default, an AI prompt section on the smart actions wheel? You're making me want to smash my **** mouse with a hammer and stop using Logitech altogether. Let me toggle the AI off, and respect the toggle.

Logi AI Builder is crashing
"Logi AI Builder" is crashing every time I sleep/wake my computer, and the custom settings take a few moments to reapply when this happens.

Microsoft Copilot for AI Prompt Builder
The AI Prompt builder is just great, unfortunatelly our company has blocked the ChatGPT as per policy. Is there any chance you can take advantage of Microsoft CoPilot and implement it into Logi? That would help a lot!!
