Changing the windows turns unwanted smart shift ON
After changing the windows user (log off/restart -> log on from a different user) the smart shift scroll setting (of the mice that support this function, MX MASTER 2S, 3S) always goes back to ON. The previously saved state OFF always gets erased.

Баги не исправляются годами
MX Master 3S постоянно сбрасывает настройки, из-за чего пользоваться ей почти невозможно. Насколько я знаю, багу уже 5 лет, но Logitech не хотят исправлять его. Также очень странно, что нельзя связать переключение клавиатуры и мыши между компьютерами никак, кроме как через очень криво работающий и забагованный flow. Почему нельзя переключать и то, и то по нажатию кнопки? Это очень глупая софтверная недоработка

Make features work, I am unable to log into my account on options+ as I get the attached screen which doesnt open anything and clicking launch application does nothing either

Mac OS Sonoma 14.7 / MX Logi keyboard bluetooth Problems
MacStudio / Logi MX for mac keyboard bluetooth disconnects. I installed a recent Mac OS Sonoma 14.7 update and maybe that's when the bluetooth problems started.

Outlook New
Bug issue - Every so often my settings for the New Outlook disappear. I have to add the application again and reconfigure my hotkey settings. This can happen as often as once or twice a week. Please let me know if this is a known issue.

add Linux suppport!
I love the logioptions+ app, especially the flow feature. my only complaint is that I have third machine on which I am running linux (Ubuntu) and would greatly love to add it as a third machine for the flow feature, but no linux option is available.

Would appreciate a little work on stability
Stability is an issue. I love this app but it fails at least two or three times a day. I'm switching between a windows pc and a macbook pro. when the app is working I find it indispensible and a wonderful tool. but very often when I try to flow from one machine to the other it simply fails to work. opening the UI and resetting usually fixes it, but it takes 10 minutes to get that working. thank you so much for this capability but I suggest working a bit on the stability.

Change how fast backlighting turns off
A way to change how long it should take for the background lighting in the keyboard to turn off. Often it turns off too quickly for me. It seems to be 5 seconds which is way too fast. A short thinking break and it's gone. So a slider or simply a box to set seconds for that would be very welcome

"Always use global actions" toggle for buttons
I would like to be able to toggle keys/buttons to "force global" so they don't change with app. I have custom actions setup on my MX Master 3S for the "gestures" button, and I would like them to always apply no matter the app. But still want to take advantage of scroll actions changing between apps. At this point I have to click through each app settings and set up my custom gesture actions on each. thx

App wont start from wake, cursors speed is not applied
The app stops working during few sleep/wake cycles. I've set the cursor speed to highest level. How come that it works only with app running? I have to manually kill the process, then start it again. Honestly, the app looks good but functionality is trash. Logitech accessories should be helping me get my job done. I've buing just top tier Logitech hardware last decade but I will reconsider this because you are crippling by the software.
