Your Logi Option+ application continuously make my laptop not responding while auto update.

This issue always happened during critical time.

I have mouse MX Masters 3S and Spotlight presentation. Both I use daily and during auto update on background, these two device cannot connected via bluetooth.
I must restart my laptop to make it works again.

Such a frustating issue when Logi Option auto update makes all hardware not working properly. Even my laptop not responding and I must restart by with CRTL+ALT+DEL

If you want to auto update, please do not too frequently. This is very disturbing.

Make notify first the auto update option is available then let user decide when to install, not silently install in background and make windows system unstable.

Consider this as positive feedback from your customer. I assume others worldwide also feel uncomfortable with this issue.
