  2. AI Builder wird sinnlos ausgeführt

    Ich werde gefragt, ob ich den "AI Prompt Builder" nutzen möchte. Ich aktiviere diesen NICHT und wähle "Überspringen" aus. Trotzdem ist im Hintergrund ein Prozess "Logi AI Prompt Builder" ständig aktiv und nutzt sinnlos RAM und CPU.
    Die Logi Software ist sowieso schon sehr ressourcenfressend. So etwas kommt dann noch mal dazu. Sehr unschön!

    You just looooove feature creep 😤

    I installed an app to activate the buttons of my mouse, and update my keyboard. You turn it into a 🤬 chat gpt wannabe.

    I like your hardware, but your stupid apps are a HUGE minus every time I consider a new Logitech device.

    You urgently need a development process where someone's job is to ask "do we actually need an AI editor on a device utility software."

  7. No more "AI" nonsense

    Here's an idea: don't shove unnecessary "AI" ******** onto people's machines just because they want to use a **** mouse and keyboard. Even with the amount of money that fools are pouring into "AI" at this point, I still can't believe that this idea didn't get laughed out of the room the second it was suggested. What a horrible way to destroy good will and brand recognition, Logitech.

  8. AI prompt builder not working

    The ai prompt builder doesnt work, ive tried over 100 times on both laptop and desktop. It copies the text into it and then when i hit submit it takes me to my gpt account and does nothing at all from there just opens chat gpt and thats it!!!!!!

    A config do botão de AI prompt builder, está bugada. Ao definir um botão, ele não corresponde ao escolhido. Depois ao tentar reconfigurar, conforme eu clico, ocorre que vai definindo outros botões como AI prompt builder e não permite desfazer ou redefinir o botão.

  10. Logi AI Prompt Microphone bug

    There is a bug in Logi AI Prompt builder. I want to use the AI via voice , hence microphone permission is needed by the application. However the application doesnt request for that permission. I cant find it in the list. I tried to reset the microphone settings but didnt work. We need to see the app in the list (in attachments) and be able to give microphone permisson.

    Hi Logi team,

    I would just like to say that I am loving my K860 keyboard and 3s mouse. I would just like to make the following suggestion. I have switched over from openai to gemini 2.5 pro and was wondering if you could update the AI prompt builder to accommodate a larger variety of AI agents. I think this will work in your favour as well as you can market the products as being compatible with a larger base of AI users. OpenAI is cool and all but I think expanding will definitely help both your company…

  16. Remove AI bloatware

    Get this AI bloatware out of my computer. This should not be automatically installed, and it should not be running as a background process. I don't want this garbage polluting my system as a prerequisite for using the keyboard and mouse I purchased from you. If this doesn't disappear, I will not be purchasing any Logitech products in the future.

  17. AI does not belong here

    Why do we need AI in the software for a mouse? it has nothing to do with the device itself, it is just a way to ride the hype train of AI. My company has blocked the logi options app because of this and now I can't take advantage of many features of the mouse. It would also greatly help if the configuration could be saved in the device, instead of requiring the app running at all time, which is a great privacy concern

    i know people give out about the ai, but they can just, not use it ffs, like its not some hot new fad. its here to stay and now i cant get it back. This is a productivity mouse everyone should be using it. the only reason you get more negative feedback is because nobody is going to be bothered giving positive feedback about the great idea

  20. Provide option to disable AI prompt

    Please, please give us a way to DISABLE your bloated AI prompt *. I don't want it, it is useless, takes up compute cycles, and you have forced it on me with no way to disable it. If others want it, fine, but don't jam it down everyone's throat just to advertise of *** AI angle.
