Logi Options+: Bug in device detection, feedback UI only allows one attrachment
Reporting a bug:
IT computer tech here with over 30 years of experience troubleshooting and installing hardware, software (apps), peripherals and networking. Downloaded logi options+ from the download page for the K400r wireless keybooard. App installed successfully but will not acknowledge keyboard when searching to add a device. Odd thing is that in the screen prior to searching for the device it appears that the device is recognized already. Yet when I click on it to add it - the app goes into search mode and then instructs the user to power cycle the device (ie keyboard). No matter how many times I've done this, the result is the same - when the search completes it states "no device found". I've uninstalled the app and re-downloaded it again from the support page for the K400r keyboard and always the same result - the first screen says the device is recognized then the next screen (the search screen) says no device found. BUG!
I had four screenshots that I'd taken which show each screen at each step of the process. Unfortunately the feedback interface only allows for the inclusion of ONE screen shot.
Suggestion: allow for more than one screenshot in your feedback interface.
