    Hi,
    please, make smart action also available as gesture, to make smartaction makro and to have an option to bind up to 5 "SmartAction "macros" would be very helpful in everyday routines.

  4. 無法韌體更新，導致出問題無法維護

    MX Keys, MX Master 3 等滑鼠都不能透過韌體更新。
    因有時候滑鼠的滾輪會失效，還要進入 Opti+ 軟體裡面，透過設定才能讓滾輪恢復正常

  5. Trackpad Keeps Activating the Widgets Screen

    Hi,
    I have a K400r wireless keyboard/trackpad which is exhibiting undesirable behavior. The issue lies in the trackpad gestures. All too often, the trackpad will trigger a gesture even though I didn't want it to. I would like a way to disable gestures altogether. I have the Logi Options program, but my device does not show up. This nuisance has become quite frustrating and I am hoping for a solution to it.

  6. Logi Options+ automatically logs me out.

    Logi Options+ automatically logs me out after the update (not sure it the update actually caused the issue).
    Also this is not the first time I have to manually log in again and again.

  8. Changes not saving

    I have a Logitech Lift mouse, and whenever I make changes to its settings in Logi Options+ app, they seem to only actually save if I keep the app open. As in, as soon as I close it after making changes to the buttons, they revert back to default, but once I reopen the app, they revert back to what I saved them as.

  10. Back and forward buttons via Remote Desktop not working

    I use a lot of Remote Desktop and the fact that you cannot use the back and forward buttons via Remote Desktop is a blocker for using this mouse. Unfortunately just can't use this.

  11. Deplazamiento Horizontal deja de funcionar

    Estoy teniendo un problema con la rueda de desplazamiento horizontal. Suele dejar de funcionar en todas las aplicaciones hasta que abro la aplicacion Logi Options+ y modifico la sensibilidad (un punto y vuelvo a lo que tenia antes, o cualquier cosa que toque dentro del mouse), y cuando lo guardo, vuelve a funcionar todo. Esto me pasa en una pc Dell con Windows 11 y un mouse Logitech MX master 2s

    got warnings that my mac mini was running out of memory so investigated. i seen this, see attachment. wanted to let you now.
    i've gotten the latest update so hopefully was a issue in last build only

    if you ever want new hardware tested for free let me know lol love your keyboards like the new mech ones, just so expensive to be upgrading with every new one lol. i'll be on the same logi mac keyboard for next 10 years as they are solid :)

  14. "Swap left/right buttons" selection to near MX Anywhere S2 image

    I like to get "Swap left/right buttons" selection to front screen of Logi Options+ like it was on Logitech Options. Near to MX Anywhere 2S image. Because that is only option I need from this app. And it is needed rather often. Before one click was enough now I need 3 clicks and a lot of precision. Setting of "Swap left/right buttons" will reset when I undock/dock my laptop.

  15. Additional Toggle button for "Keep Showing mute/unmute" Notifications

    Hi Logi options team! To start with - this is a good app. I have few requests and am raising different requests for better ticketing at your end.

    1. I am using Casa Keys (And I guess its the same issue with Mx Keys) - The "Mic Off" red button does not vanish. It just keeps showing in the Left top corner.

    2. If I toggle off the "Mic mute/unmute notification", then it does not show up at all when muted.

    Request:
    What I would like is an additional setting so that Mic on/Off button flashes and goes away like caps/num/Fn lock.…

  18. 鍵盤切換裝置時鎖住ctrl鍵

    鍵盤在使用flow，或是快速鍵切換到使用藍芽連線的電腦時，會鎖住右邊的ctrl，每次切換都要連按幾次右邊ctrl才會解除，請問是為什麼呢？

  20. Keyboard Backlight Always On - Accessibility for People with Disabilities Especially

    Like many others across multiple online channels have suggested, we need the ability to keep the backlight on the keyboard, not time out after 1-5secs. Even if this is only available when the keyboard is connected via cable. These mechanical keyboards feel and sound so nice, but this 'feature' ruins the experience. What would be a 5/5 experience is barely a 3/5 and is so incredibly disappointing. Logitech is cutting its nose off to spite its face in this regard. This is also VITAL for people with vision problems and physical disabilities requiring support to sight and press keys.
