鍵盤切換裝置時鎖住ctrl鍵

鍵盤在使用flow，或是快速鍵切換到使用藍芽連線的電腦時，會鎖住右邊的ctrl，每次切換都要連按幾次右邊ctrl才會解除，請問是為什麼呢？
