1. make it easier to set up more useful shortcuts

   I really hate that the inclusion of AI is being hyped up over more important features. The options available are really limiting and nonsensical and it is disappointing there aren't options that better reflect the applications supported in the logi+ menu - I would kill for a 'save as' or a 'select all' or an 'open in new tab' option for Chrome, as an example. Why would I need a button to maximize and minimize windows? How often do people do that? I guess if you are hiding windows but that isn't me I guess.

   And yeah, I recognize I can set up a custom prompt but I can do that on my stream deck easier with more options. The goal should be getting a habit started of using the extra buttons and if it isn't useful I am never going to remember it. And it should be easy to set up considering the average consumer which is also not happening. Flow also seems to have gotten clunkier to use which is frustrating.

   I guess that is me grumbling. In more useful UX requests - I don't understand what click and tilt means? I think that is what it is listed as. Having a practice space would be helpful because IDGI and it seems like it could be helpful especially the right click and tilt... if 'save as' were an option...

2. crash options +

   bonjour,
   le logiciel Option + beta, bloque au bout de quelques jours. Lorsque j'essaye de l'ouvrir il reste bloqué sur l'écran de chargement, le loader qui tourne en permanence et rien ne se passe...
   J'ai un macbook pro 2020 avec Mac OS Monterrey 12.1

3. Bunch of suggestions for improvement

   1. AI prompt really seems odd to be a feature of Options+. Seems like it should be standalone software and integrate well with Options+.
   2. Mouse Gestures should be able to trigger Smart Actions, not just the button press.
   3. Mute/Unmute Microphone should be an action that can be done throughout the app. It can be done in Smart Actions and with my keyboard, but not with my MX Master 3S mouse.
   4. The Gesture presets are much "smoother" than assigning actions individually. For example: If you use the Zoom/Rotate gesture preset for MX Master 3S, doing the gesture to zoom in and moving the mouse may zoom in 5 steps or something, but if you assign the Zoom In actions to an individual gesture, it will zoom in on 1 or 2 steps in the same distance of mouse movement. Pan and Rotate and (probably) other things work similarly. They should act the same.
   5. If you use a keyboard shortcut as the trigger for a Smart Action, then assign a mouse gesture to fire that keyboard shortcut, the smart action will not trigger.
   6. Non-keyboard/mouse devices should have Smart Action triggers (e.g. webcam turning on/off from being used or Litra beam turning on/off)
   7. Some devices should have built-in Smart Actions actions (e.g. turn Litra Beam on/off)

   This software is pretty darn awesome and beautiful, but there are so many little odd things missing that just make me scratch my head.

4. Bug défilement rapide avec la MX Master 3

   Bonjour,
   J'ai remarquer, avec cette version du logiciel, l'apparition d'un nouveau bug avec la MX Master 3 : lorsque je fait un défilement rapide avec la molette, le défilement ne s'arrête pas dès que je stop la molette, il y a 0.5s à 3s de délais.

7. Bravo

   Bravo Bravo Bravo ! Je viens d'acheter la MX3 pour Mac et j'ai commencé par Logi Option "standard" et j'ai été frustré de ne pas tout avoir comme option, mais surtout je ne l'ai pas trouvé facile à utiliser. Alors que là, option+ est top !! Hyper convivial et facile à paramétrer puisque tout est resumé clairement. Bravo

8. Les périphériques de Options ne sont pas présents dans Options+ sous macOS

   Avec Option+, il n'y a aucun de mes périphériques qui apparaissent dans l'application...
   Mon clavier MX Keyx for Mac et ma MX Master 3 for Mac qui sont bien présents dans Option (icône vert)...
   Comment faire pour les avoir aussi dans Options+ ??
   J'ai tenté la désassociation/réassociation Bluetooth, mais sans plus de succès...

10. Raccourcis clavier Teams sur/pour Teams ne fonctionne pas.

    Le muet de Teams ne fonctionnant pas, j'ai essayé de spécifier le raccourcis clavier afin de activer desactiver le muet sur Teams, et rien... J'ai pourtant bien selectionné la fenêtre Teams durant une réunion viso et cela ne fonctionne pas.

11. MX Master 3S défilement horizontal avec Excel

    Bonjour,
    J'utilise une MX Master 3S
    à l'utilisation d'Excel, le défilement horizontal que j'ai mappé sur la molette sur la gauche de ma souris fonctionne, mais ne fonctionne plus une fois que j'ai figé les volets dans Excel.

12. Idem. J'ai du lancer l'application beta et commencer à utiliser mon clavier tout en laisser l'application tourner pour que ca marche

    Le logiciel a mis 10 bonnes minutes à détecter mes périphériques.

14. Impossibilité de détection avec Logi Options +

    Bonjour Madame, Monsieur,
    J'ai installé récemment Logi options +. J'ai reçu un lien le 11 aout 2021. Après installation, le logiciel ne détecte pas ma Mx Master 3 for mac. Je suis actuellement sur Mac OS Monterey. J'avais déjà installé une Bêta il y a peu, mais je voulais savoir s’il y avait des mises à jour et comme un idiot, j'ai désinstallé celle-ci. Depuis impossible, que le logiciel nouvellement installé ne détecte ma souris.

16. Reprogrammation touches clavier sur Logi Options +

    Bonjour. J'ai acquis un clavier MX Mechanical pour mac. Il fonctionne bien une fois connecté à mon macbook air. En revanche, lorsqu'il est connecté à mon PC j'aurais aimé pouvoir reconfigurer complètement mes touches pour avoir ma disposition Mac sur mon PC.
    Serait-il possible sur les prochaines versions de Logi Options + de proposer une reprogrammation de l'ensemble des touches du clavier.

    Hello!
    I chatted with Joseph C today.
    The video shows what the exact problem is.
    Brush is set to the button in the right corner, and after I access brush and make the necessary corrections and then close brush, the dialpad wheel no longer changes the pictures (it is no longer functional) a button remains stuck on the exposure or contrast key or on anything else on the keyboard. If I press AI on the dialpad everything returns to normal until I press Brush again.
    I mention that this happens with any customization of keys that in turn opens other submenus and if I even put crop it is still the same. If I use Brush, crop and others that open other submenus only from the mouse everything is ok. In windows I did not have this problem.

18. Toutes les touches modifiables (ex : Fn+a) dans un mode avancé

    Proposez un mode avancé dans les paramètres pour personnaliser toutes les touches SVP !!!! (avec fn)
    J'ai récemment acheté le clavier car il y a quelques années il était possible de modifier toutes les touches (ex : Fn+a) après mettre ruiné pour cet achat je vois que ce n'est plus possible que pour les touches F1 à inser qui sont déjà mappées d'origine pour d'autre fonctionnalités !!! Inutile !!!

19. Renommer les appareils

    Bonjour, je travaille dans une entreprise où nous avons plusieurs postes avec les même claviers et souris. Pour faciliter le couplage de ceux-ci, il serait utile de pouvoir changer le nom du périphérique surtout pour ceux Bluetooth. Présentement, j'ai 4 claviers K850 et il suffit qu'un seul ne soit plus connectable par Bluetooth qu'il faille que je les enlève tous pour pouvoir rebrancher celui au poste où je travaille. Merci.

    This app is such a soulless corporate spaghetti code monstrosity. The first thing I see opening the app is four blinking lights all rambling about offers and AI "prompt builders" clearly forced into the app by the VP suite wanting to act like they're in touch with reality. All while the actual core features I'd care about are nowhere to be seen. But I guess it's nice you added the most generic, soulless illustrations ever to grace the corporate world; there's a certain irony in a joyous illustration when I give input monitoring permissions to an application consuming 1.2 GB of memory (!!!) for, get this, managing a mouse and a keyboard. If you don't think there's anything wrong with that, I suggest you hire better developers immediately.

    Actual feedback, now that I've told you how ridiculous this app is:

    • I cannot switch the built-in mic mute function key to emulate the similar key found on Lenovo laptops because the software cannot intercept the press (or even understand that I might want to do that and offer a way to do it).

    • The keyboard layout behaviors are utterly cryptic at least on Mac, with the keyboard layout changing when toggling between Bluetooth and Bolt if the Bolt receiver was first set up on Windows and the Logi app was never opened on Mac; happens e.g. when the receiver is connected to a display that is attached to both Mac and Windows machines.

    • The app does not respect my mouse or keyboard settings, and opts to reset them if I reinstall the application, which is bizarre. You know, like using the mouse or keyboard on several machines.

    • The lowest brightness setting for the MX Keys S is too high.
