Easy-Switch Together Keyboard/Mouse
Infelizmente não há suporte para o Mouse Mx Master 2S, uma funcionalidade que a comunidade da Logitech espera muito, e de ter a possibilidade de trocar o pareamento do mouse e teclado juntos.
Exemplo, meu cenário de casa, eu realmente tenho computadores (2 Notebooks e 1 Servidor), e fico o dia alteranando entre eles, no geral mais entre os notebooks (1 pessoa e 1 do trabalho(possui VPN))
Infelizmente quando quero alternar do 1 para o 2, tenho q fazer isso no teclado, e no mouse.

Reduce the RAM usage of Logi Options
Bloatware:
Logi Options is bloatware using 375.5MB of RAM.You've recently updated the app for Logi Options to include a bunch of AI stuff. Dongle in HP docking station does not work
Hi, setup with G305 is not working. Your app that I downloaded, does not find the receiver that I have in HP docking station for HP Spectre laptop (2 yrs old), Win 11). As I am stuck I would appreciate a YouTube video. Make one and for all yr other set up situations. Your AI app told that it cannot helo in any way.

Poor choice to install bloatware! Stop being BAD, you used to be good
I hate when app install things i don't ask for and the AI prompt stuff you added crashes all the time. I can't seem to get it uninstalled. You should be ashamed of yourselves! Stop being more than you need to be. Be good at YOUR product!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I used to say you guys were the best and you've moved to one of the worst with stuff like this!-

Worst application ever!
Logitech, I don't normally leave feedback but my experience with Logi+ over the last few years has been so bad I feel I have to, this is the worst most frustrating software I've ever used.
I installed the offline version and disabled AI builder and automatic updates.
Yet it regularly installs updates and re-enables the AI builder.
It frequently leaves me with multiple versions and loses all my settings.
I hate it, so, so frustration to have to deal with this all the time.
Couples with the backlight that keeps turning on randomly on my MX keys, I'll never buy…0 votes -
Issues..
After a while, my application duplicates itself on Launchpad and appear one more app like Logi AI Prompt.. In conclusion app dont working and give me app not found error.
And also there is another big problem is scroll. I have MX Master 3S, last version mac os and last version logi options+ but scroll experience is terrible. Variable scroll speed is not predictible. I would a option for fixed scroll speed(not speed intensive)

Remove that **** ai_overlay_tmp folder from my HOME directory
Whichever developer thought that it's a great idea to place that ai_overlay something something folder in my HOME directory needs a **** check. Please please if you're going to put it into the home folder, at least place a **** dot before it so that it's hidden, but that would be a bandaid on the problem. I would be very happy if that folder was placed in the "Application Support". Thanks.

Switching more easy between devices
For the next gen of mouses change the button of switch devices in other place more easy to press, I would like that button with the ai would be change activate with other button of the mouse like the button speed cursor. I used MX Master 3s , Mx Anywhere and finally Mx vertical they mouse are so useful but change the position of button switch devices please or With a update software version add that option.

PAINFUL Options+ user experience/worst app in the world
This is the worst app. You guys foolish yourselves adding AI and a thousand of stupid features and simple stuff does not work. I have to open and force quit (Mac OS) this app 3 to 5 times so I can get the mouse configured and it could work as expected. It is awful, you guys can make very polished hardware but software wise it is the WORST experience for the user. This app is UNUSABLE. I'm about to move out from Logi.

You're making it worse
The hardware is great but the software is bad, stop adding AI garbage and other meaningless "upgrades" and make a software that simply lets me write with no lag. I don't need more than a great keyboard and mouse, you already have it, please don't ruin it.

FRUSTRATED
Latest update is ****! My devices are no longer listed in this application. I've uninstalled reinstalled several times and am super frustrated. I've lost BASIC shortcuts on my keyboard like screenshots. I have attempted multiple times to add my devices and I get no where after the apple bluetooth window pops up. I've also tried getting you online help and the ai bot is super irrelevant to the issue.
What can I do to fix this issue? Is it your issue or apples?1 vote -
Get rid of the Logi app
THIS IS AWFUL! STOP WITH THE AI ENABLED SPAM/SPY/NAGWARE This Logiassistant is awful. The entire team should be laid off and I am not buying another one of your products. Everytime I plug your devices into a new computer it prompts me to install your garbage. It provides no value, and I really wish I could just ignore it like I did for decades when I used your previous input devices. You should be ashamed of yourselves for making this garbage!

Software buggy, unreliable, and overall frustrating.
This software is nearly always infuriating. It will randomly decide to not run in the background, and need to be the window in focus to get any of the features from my mouse, or for even the scroll wheel to work correctly. Additionally, I utterly despise the addition of AI prompts for a mouse. I can safely say that were it not for the money I spent on this mouse, it would be put on the shelf and this software uninstalled for how terribly buggy it is.

社内PCに使用しています。
使用しているマウスはMX master 3s。
デバイスペアリング完了後、「デバイス情報を取得しています」の画面から遷移して次の画面に進まない。

I wish this software wasnt so rubbish it really lets your products down, forget AI it is a waste of your time, focus on making the thing work properly I often get the spinning wheel for ever when I open (this has been going on for 2-3years now with no fix not even a work around) and have to uninstall and re-install and since you cant be bothered to sync settings like you used to I have to set it all up from scratch again

défilement horizontal premiere pro
[MX MASTER 3 / MACBOOK PRO M1 16"] Sur premiere pro, le défilement horizontal n'est pas du tout fluide ni naturel, par exemple en comparant au défilement qu'on a en glissant avec deux doigts sur le trackpad d'un macbook. C'est dommage parceque le défilement horizontal avec la molette au pouce pourrait être super naturel et agréable à utiliser (en plus la molette n'est pas crantée). Pour le zoom sur la timeline avec la molette principale ça bug toujours comme avant, ça freeze et des fois ça dezoom d'un coup on ne comprend pas pourquoi... J'adore cette souris c'est…

Logi Options - ai_overlay_tmp folder should not be where it is
I just found a strange folder called "aioverlaytmp" in my home folder in macOS. I thought I had been hacked for a second, but after a bit of googling I discovered that the folder was created by Logi Options+.
The name "aioverlaytmp" is very suspicious. It gives zero indication of what the folder is for or who created it. Maybe you intended to put it somewhere else? I'll label this as a bug, because I think it is.

UI needs enhancement for core functionality
I hate your application UI while loving logi-flow - when it works.
The obfuscation and lack of intuitive menu-ing to access flow is sad. Every time i update logi-options flow breaks - without exception.
Why on earth "Logi AI Prompt Builder" receives attention while fundamental KVM "flow" does not baffles.
In the world of AI, I'm not seeking this application's "help" ever.

win 11 non connette in automatico master 3
Su due pc nella stessa rete, uno con win10, l'atro con win11, all'avvio dei pc il mouse MX MASTER 3 (associato ai due pc tramite bluetooth) viene rilevato ed associato al pc con win10. Volendo far scorrere il puntatore verso il pc win11, questi non connette il mouse al pc. Devo necessariamente premere il pulsante di associazione posto sul fondo del mouse. Prima con con due pc con win 10 questa operazione non era necessaria, flow funzionava correttamente e il mouse traslava da un pc all'altro perche veniva associato in modo automantico.
