Remove all of the unnecessary features of this app
Hi,
I just want to let you know how bad this app now is.
I purchased a new laptop and wanted to configure a single button on my Logitech MX mouse to Mission Control. To do that, I had to go through like 7 laggy setup steps (the Mission Control option wasn't even in the relevant setup step) of your software to assign a single button click.
Please remove all of the animations, cumbersome setup steps and useless AI features so I can quickly and easily configure my mouse again. Thanks!

Very useless and bad
Hi! I am disappointed that your company decided to take a program that was working almost fine, not fix any of the minor issues, and slap on a blob of the stupidest, most useless tech bubble the world has ever seen. I'm talking about the so-called "AI", of course. I'm sure the person reading this (if any) can't do anything about this, but I hope your bosses lose their shirts when this moronic fad flops hard. And I hope it's soon, because it's an environmental catastrophe and a social blight.

yall suck at keeping your hardware up tp date
this company ****** sucks how can you sell me a webcam that demands a firmware update, not show me or tell me WHERE to get this firmware update, lead me to old outdated software that crashes on load, and THEN try to sell me this AI ******** software that won't even detect my webcam. Oh and the webcam you sold me isn't listed in your help section for ****** webcams so thanks suck a **** (not the it person who has to read this im sure you're lovely but your company sucks thank you.)

Software buggy, unreliable, and overall frustrating.
This software is nearly always infuriating. It will randomly decide to not run in the background, and need to be the window in focus to get any of the features from my mouse, or for even the scroll wheel to work correctly. Additionally, I utterly despise the addition of AI prompts for a mouse. I can safely say that were it not for the money I spent on this mouse, it would be put on the shelf and this software uninstalled for how terribly buggy it is.

Flow keeps crashing, copy and paste in Windows keeps crashing Flow
Flow keeps crashing all the time, I've been reporting this for months but no fix. Have to force quit the logi drivers and app before restarting it to get flow to work again. Copy and paste also doesn't work with flow, copying any text crashes Flow and have to do the steps above to make it work. You seem to spend more time adding "AI" that no one wants rather than fixing existing functionality, I'm starting to dislike Logitech products and probably won't buy again at this rate!

défilement horizontal premiere pro
[MX MASTER 3 / MACBOOK PRO M1 16"] Sur premiere pro, le défilement horizontal n'est pas du tout fluide ni naturel, par exemple en comparant au défilement qu'on a en glissant avec deux doigts sur le trackpad d'un macbook. C'est dommage parceque le défilement horizontal avec la molette au pouce pourrait être super naturel et agréable à utiliser (en plus la molette n'est pas crantée). win 11 non connette in automatico master 3
Su due pc nella stessa rete, uno con win10, l'atro con win11, all'avvio dei pc il mouse MX MASTER 3 (associato ai due pc tramite bluetooth) viene rilevato ed associato al pc con win10. Volendo far scorrere il puntatore verso il pc win11, questi non connette il mouse al pc. Devo necessariamente premere il pulsante di associazione posto sul fondo del mouse. Prima con con due pc con win 10 questa operazione non era necessaria, flow funzionava correttamente e il mouse traslava da un pc all'altro perche veniva associato in modo automantico.

Ajout du pourcentage de la batterie
Bonjour,
J'ai une suggestion à vous faire: Ce serait très bien d'avoir une estimation du pourcentage de la batterie restante. Sur l'ancienne version de logi option on avait ceci avec le logo de la batterie et les 3 petites barres et c'étais assez pratique je dois l'avouer.

Bonjour j'ai un soucis depuis que j'utilise ma MS master 3S
J'utilise beaucoup PS et AI et et souci survient surtout sur PS. Si j'utilise la molette latéral pour zoomer et que je n'attend pas une demis seconde avant de cliquer, ca m'active la touche ''ALT''... c'est comme si le bouton restais enfoncé alors que je ne l'ai pas toucher.
Le soucis ne survient pas systématiquement mais assez souvent pour m'arracher les cheveux. De plus il n'y a pas de signe avant et pendant que ca ce fait. évidement j'ai essayer…1 vote -

hate your software. All I want is to use two buttons on mouse for copy/paste. Each 3 months I loose all devices from logi+, softwere loads to infinity, have to reintall it and spent 30 minutes by trying to add all my hardware and setup everything from scratch..really ****** off by asll this useless stuff like Ai prompts builder, sales announcements, .. ill i want is tu turn off caps locka and have two butons set to copy/pasta.. the time i spend fixing your soft is wort more then all your products i have combined.

Logi Option+ Beta freezes and disables special functions
A few days ago, both the mouse MX MASTER 3 & the keyboard MX KEYS for Mac, switched to the basic mode with the mouse scroll ai default setting and special function dedicated keys like the calculator disabled and I get the Logi Option+ (Beta) window stuck with a message something like "back end problem". My question is, was it dialling the Logitech servers? If so why does this app need to connect withe Logitech servers and freeze the peripherals in the process? Its after all supposed to be locally connected to my computer and still without being connected to…

Unzufrieden mit zu viel und resourcen vernichtender Software Logi Options und Logibolt
Guten Tag,
es wird viel zu viel unnötige und ungefragte Software installiert. Ich will keine Smart Actions und keine AI Builder iergendwas. Hab das nie aktiv installiert und es verbraucht sinnfrei Resourcen, auch hat Logi Bolt 1.5 GB Ram gefressen und 100 Threads gestartet ohne irgendeinen nutzen. Ich will eine Maus mit performaten Treibern, die einfach nur eine Maus ist. Alles andere sollte deinstallierbar oder noch besser gar nie ungefragt installiert werden.
Ich wäre sehr froh, wenn das verbessert wird, da ich nicht für all das über 80 Franken für eine Maus bezahlt habe.

Very unhappy customer
I just want you to know how dissatisfied I am with this product. I just wanted simple mouse, bought this one and then discovered that the scroll wheel moves in the opposite direction of every other scroll wheel I've ever encountered. To fix it, I had to download a bloated app that makes unnecessary requests to remote servers and now I've discovered includes some kind of pseudo-AI ******** feature that's creating unnecessary directories in my home dir. Stop updates that break what's working.
Your latest update changed my middle wheel button shortcut of closing a tab so that it is unusable. Now, even trying Smart Actions to set it to close a browser tab, or setting it as a ctrl-W, does not work.
And there is no option that I can see to get around it. In my opinion, absolute garbage update. Instead of making things more complicated, keep the features we like and add new features as optional. The shortcut I use is simple and there's no need to mess with it. Who cares about AI ******** on a mouse. Do better.

too much **** installed
I only need a mouse and keyboard, not an AI prompt, or updater service or other bloated stuff taking up memory on my machine. REALLY frustrated with the lack of respect for me being able to choose what I want to have running when. At this point, I will not plan on buying any more logitech gear because of this approach.

mouse not working by all possible way's
Hi, im strugling to connect my mouse for months now, no support, nothing, the option when this mouse can connect two pc's is long gone, it worked only for few months, but now, if I wanted to work on either 1st and then 2nd pc, i needed manually press the button under the mouse to work, but now even that isnt working, and please, I need live support not some AI chatbot.
Sorry for maybe sounding rude, but im tired on getting this mouse to work, cause, its just a mouse, not some high spec unit1 vote -
Overkill
Logi Options+ is a total overkill. It is more than 500MB in size, which is quite big for 'just' a configuration application. Its user interface is counter intuitive and its choices do not make any sense. For example: if I click 'settings', I expect to be able to alter the settings. Guess what: there is nothing that is even remotely related to settings.
In addition, I personally do not like any of the AI extensions. Please get rid of this bloatware as soon as possible.
In general: please spend your time and resources on improving the actual devices, their firmware…

Enhanced Clipboard (like Win + V, but better ! )
Hello,
I was wondering if Logitech could add some "enhanced clipboard" for people like me doing many copy/paste every day.
I mean,the Windows one, with history using Windows key + V is fine, but there's room for improvements I guess, especially on the UI/UX side. For example, being able to pin one or several items we regularly use, while keeping the pool of other copied items aside. Nothing fancy, but that would be awesome, with a simple and customisable UI.
And Logitech has already made a great job with AI Prompt Builder so, maybe is there something interesting to do…

Newest Logi+ Options Update Broken 05/2024
So ever since the new AI update logitech options wont discovery my mx keys mini, mx keys, 650 L or my 720 Triatholon. I have plugged in both a bolt and unified receiver. I have used only bluetooth. I have done the pairing process countless times and it still doesn't show that they are discovered. This is lame because it means I cant configure the settings, customize the buttons, change mouse speed or scroll smoothing. What happened? Software is so bad
You need to have a sit down with your entire software team because this is really sad :(
The software is unstable, inefficient, and does not work properly. You're so busy slapping on a useless AI tool to keep up appearances, that you're forgetting why your core audience uses your products...
The hardware is incredible, but the software drags that down because I can't use the products seamlessly. Taking a look at online forums/reddit, you'll see there's a lot of complaints about this too.
