Logi Plugin Service installed without my consent
My idea is that you stop installing software that I didn't ask for. Logi Plugin Service is nothing I requested or require. I should not need multiple software applications to be able to use a mouse. Logitech makes excellent mouses. But your software sucks and it's getting worse. What's worse is that this is my work device - if you install unapproved software on it then IT Security is going to make me stop using your mouse. Please stop with the unsolicited software. I have 2 logitech devices for christ sake

Revert to the previous Logi+
I want to revert to the previous version of Logit+ that did not have AI "features" in it. I don't want an extra process running. I don't want extra directories in my home directory. I just want to control my mouse buttons.

Cut the garbage please
Please stop breaking core functionality. We don't need an app four our mouse to have generative AI, get off the bandwagon.
Literally all I use this app for is to disable the Back button and for Flow, and that often stops working with zero explanation.2 votes -

Products Not working
My expensive MX master keyboard and mouse stopped working completed with my windows 11 laptop. Even unpairing and repairing via bluetooth does not fix. Logi should stop fcking around with AI *** and make your products reliable again. im nearly fed up and will look for alternatives.

Try to keep base functionality stable and stop messing around with stupid AI actions no one wants.
Yesterday, all of a sudden scrolling stopped working. Turning the mouse off and on again made it work for a second, but then it didn't again. I had to restart the computer.
Today, the side buttons on my mouse didn't work and the "Logitech Options+" app moaned that it didn't have some "login items" permissions, it did have those permissions. I had to uninstall and reinstall the options app.F*s sake stop with the stupid "Smart actions" if you can't keep standard functionality stable.

O teclado e mouse fica lento e como se fosse desligado ai pressiona tecla e volta a funcionar mais com atrasa na digitação e tem horas que as letras não sai fica muito lento

terrible update process
Your latest update to logi options caused input lag. That lag continues even after updated to logi options+ I attemped to get some chat support. All i got was an AI chat bot. This is a terrible experience. And makes me regret having given Logitech a second chance,

Resizable ChatGPT Window
I would love it if the ChatGPT and AI Prompt Builder windows that you can program to pop up with mouse buttons would be resizable. Simple but I would really appreciate this and use that feature a lot more if that was possible, the current windows are quite small. Thanks!

revert to a working application
this update has left me stuck. When I click on my mouse to change a setting that got changed away from my preferred (the auto change from click to free scrolling), a dialog pops up saying that some settings couldn't be imported from Logitech Options (which, btw, I haven't used for ages) but then the button that appears won't let me actually click on it and let me into the mouse options. No clicking works, and hitting Return doesn't work. I can only hit escape to get back to the main screen, thus leaving me unable to change…

quando accendo il mio pc con win 10 la tastiera mx keys mini ci mette dai 10 ai 15 secondi per collegarsi, mentre il mouse mx master 3s si connette quasi istantaneamente. Tempo fa però non accadeva..

Witam właśnie zakupiłem myszkę MX Master 3S i jestem zachwycony ! Dzisiaj wyszła nowa wersja Logi Options+ wraz z efektami spotlight które od razu mi przypadły do gustu :D Niestety w tej chwili muszę wybierać pomiędzy efektami spotlight/trybem scrollowania/efektami AI na jednym przycisku. Fajnie by było gdyby była możliwość dowolnie skonfigurować ten jeden przycisk pod scrollem i przełączać się pomiędzy efektami spotlight/ai promptem/trybami scrollowania za pomocą podwójnego kliknięcia a używać funkcji za pomocą albo pojedynczego kliknięcia albo przytrzymanie m przycisku (np. efekty spotlight)

This SW is terrible. I will never buy another Logi product.
This is just worst piece of **** SW I have to use. It is impossible to rely on this *. Multiple times per day mouse / keyboard actions just stop responding and I have to restart this * SW. Please stop inventing AI Prompt **** that nobody will ever use and focus on fixing this terrible piece of ****.
