Interface missing functions...
I can't set my buttons like before... I can only set some smart actions... Is that normal? No traces of the AI actions anymore either... I'm puzzled.

Unwanted Feature
Why. did you push some AI tool into what only needs to be a keyboard management tool? I didn't ask for this, I don't want it and will be considering my vendor for future hardware carefully based on this.

No Prt Scr button mapped
The K850 keyboard doesn't have a Prt Scr button. Why? And how to I map it? I've gotten unsatisfactory results asking your 'AI' chat bot.

BUG
How about fixing the AI launcher so it doesn't launch every time I try to launch a game? And have somewhere that can be changed in SETTINGS!

Revert to the previous Logi+
I want to revert to the previous version of Logit+ that did not have AI "features" in it. I don't want an extra process running. I don't want extra directories in my home directory. I just want to control my mouse buttons.

Annoying marketing
Very aggressive marketing. I do not like it. I do not need AI stuff, I do not need smart actions, I do not need Adobe CC for 1 month. This is getting very annoying. You need to get this off.

MacOS Memory Leak
On MacOS the LogiOptions application uses a lot of memory, currently sitting at over 5GB and continues to grow so probably a memory leak.
This has been happening in many versions and widely reported, please fix instead of adding useless AI options

Total bloat and non functional POS
I'm not cool with you throwing folders all over the place on my computer, and it's a ******* mouse. We don't need AI, just make it work the same on both side by side computers. Quit messing around, you have lost a customer.

Get rid of Logi Options+ and release a modular driver system
Give us a modular driver system similar to printers. No one wants to install a bloated Logi Options+ AI-Builder Eats-all-your-ram Key-remapper for a mouse.

Logi Plugin Service installed without my consent
My idea is that you stop installing software that I didn't ask for. Logi Plugin Service is nothing I requested or require. I should not need multiple software applications to be able to use a mouse. Logitech makes excellent mouses. But your software sucks and it's getting worse. What's worse is that this is my work device - if you install unapproved software on it then IT Security is going to make me stop using your mouse. Please stop with the unsolicited software. Why do I lose all my custom app settings every 6 weeks or so. I don't need AI ******** from my mouse. I need my mouse to be a mouse with the features that were advertised when I bought it. What is wrong with you people.

I have 2 logitech devices for christ sake

Cut the garbage please
Please stop breaking core functionality. We don't need an app four our mouse to have generative AI, get off the bandwagon.
Literally all I use this app for is to disable the Back button and for Flow, and that often stops working with zero explanation.2 votes -

No one at Logitech cares about feedback
AI prompt builder, no thanks. Dozens of people asking for the same features on your suggestions site, yet nothing ever done. At least you didn't stuff RGB LEDs into the MX series.

Products Not working
My expensive MX master keyboard and mouse stopped working completed with my windows 11 laptop. Even unpairing and repairing via bluetooth does not fix. Logi should stop fcking around with AI *** and make your products reliable again. im nearly fed up and will look for alternatives.
