2. Fallo Tecla FN en K800

   Mi teclado K800 (con Windows 11 64bits) tiene activada PERMANENTEMENTE la tecla FN por lo que para editar el nombre de un fichero con F2 tengo que pulsar FN pues de no hacerlo F2 siempre abrirá el Correo. ¿Cómo puedo invertir esa configuracion

3. Logitech support missing in action.

   Logitech needs to either repair the broken Flow software or provide a usable workaround. A review of tech blog posts will show that users of the Logi Flow system are frustrated. It simply has stopped working. FURTHER: Logitech appears to be ignoring the situation completely. There is zero communication with their users on how to solve the issue. The advice that is available simple does no solve anything. Logi Options+ Flow is Broken. Please issue a communication. Either Logitech is working on a solution of we should all give up on this functionality.

5. Logi m212 不能被 Macbook pro m2 识别

6. Smooth Scrolling toggle is missing within the device settings

   I'm using Logitech Signature m650 L mouse on my macbook. Logi Options+ is installed on my mac but in scrolling settings of application "Smooth scrolling" is missing. So it gives me a horrible scrolling experience via mouse. How can I solve this issue.

7. Allow key mapping for F1/F2/F3

   Currently, keyboard backlight down/up is only for F4/F5 keys. I cannot change it to other function keys through the Option+ software. Please make backlight down/up an option for other function keys as well.

9. Device Disconnects When I scroll

   I hope this message finds you well. My name is Fatjon, and I'm writing to you as a dedicated Logitech user. I recently purchased a Logitech mouse, specifically the Logitech MX Master 3, and while it has been a great addition to my workflow, I've encountered a concerning issue.

   The problem I'm experiencing is that whenever I scroll down quickly using the mouse, it unexpectedly disconnects. What's puzzling is that this issue occurs regardless of whether the mouse is charged or connected to a power source for charging. I've also noticed that this problem persists even when I have the mouse charging.

   For your reference, I am using a 2021 MacBook Pro M1 Pro 14 inch, which should be more than capable of supporting your products seamlessly.

   I rely on my Logitech mouse for various tasks, and this issue has become quite disruptive to my daily work. I have already tried troubleshooting by updating drivers and firmware, but the problem persists.

19. MX Keys y MX Master

    Buenos días,

    Actualmente, utilizo los dispositivos MX Keys y MX Master, los cuales están conectados a tres dispositivos diferentes: dos computadoras y un teléfono celular. El sistema Flow de Logitech ha sido de gran utilidad para la gestión de las dos computadoras, permitiéndome alternar entre ellas de manera eficiente.

    Sin embargo, cuando necesito controlar el teléfono celular, encuentro que el proceso se vuelve un tanto incómodo. Tengo que presionar el botón Easy-Switch en el teclado (para cambiar el teclado al celular) y luego girar de cabeza el ratón para seleccionar el botón Easy-Switch (para llevar el ratón al celular). Este mismo procedimiento se repite al regresar a la computadora: debo presionar nuevamente el botón en el teclado y girar el ratón para seleccionar la computadora a través del botón Easy-Switch.

    Aunque no tengo problemas en presionar el botón Easy-Switch del teclado, el giro del ratón me resulta un tanto tedioso y, en ocasiones, impaciente. Además, este proceso se repite dos veces, una para ingresar al celular y otra para volver a la computadora.

    Mi sugerencia es la siguiente: ¿sería posible que al presionar el botón Easy-Switch del teclado para cambiar de dispositivo, este comando también afectara la configuración del ratón de manera automática? En otras palabras, cuando presiono el botón Easy-Switch del teclado, el ratón debería cambiar automáticamente al dispositivo seleccionado. Como alternativa, se podría considerar la opción de que al presionar el botón Easy-Switch se cambie el teclado de dispositivo (como lo es ahora), y añadir el comando de que al presionar el botón Easy-Switch + FN (botón de función) en el teclado entonces se realice la acción de llevar el ratón al dispositivo que estoy seleccionando en el Easy-Switch.

    Espero que consideren esta sugerencia como una mejora valiosa para la comodidad de los usuarios de sus productos.

20. CPU usage

    The logitech options and the other 2 services running in the background are constantly using CPU a lot, even when not in use. It takes 3% when not using the PC, to 10% of my CPU when doing anything, even with the keyboard turned off. I have the mxkeys keyboard. It's just a keyboard, it's not supposed to take away 10% of all the processing power, that's insane for a keyboard only! Comparing to similar services that's really bad. Other than that the keyboard is great, but I can't recommend it to anyone because of this software.
