Device Disconnects When I scroll
Dear Logitech Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. My name is Fatjon, and I'm writing to you as a dedicated Logitech user. I recently purchased a Logitech mouse, specifically the Logitech MX Master 3, and while it has been a great addition to my workflow, I've encountered a concerning issue.
The problem I'm experiencing is that whenever I scroll down quickly using the mouse, it unexpectedly disconnects. What's puzzling is that this issue occurs regardless of whether the mouse is charged or connected to a power source for charging. I've also noticed that this problem persists even when I have the mouse charging.
For your reference, I am using a 2021 MacBook Pro M1 Pro 14 inch, which should be more than capable of supporting your products seamlessly.
I rely on my Logitech mouse for various tasks, and this issue has become quite disruptive to my daily work. I have already tried troubleshooting by updating drivers and firmware, but the problem persists.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Your guidance or a possible solution to this disconnect issue would be greatly appreciated. I value the quality and reliability that Logitech products are known for, and I'm hopeful that we can resolve this problem together.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response and a swift resolution to ensure I can continue to enjoy the benefits of my Logitech mouse without interruptions.
Sincerely,
Fatjon
