No-Lag Lighting Responsiveness
I appreciate the ability to select interesting effects for the backlighting on the MX Mechanical Keyboard. However as a business-minded person I only have time for the first “static” setting. Please make more options for serious people to tweak this static setting. The most important thing is for INSTANT response when I touch the keyboard. If I’m in a dark place then as soon as I touch the keyboard, then I need to see where I want to place my fingers. Also let us control how long the lights stay on before dimming. Thank you.

Update causes app to not auto start
Every time there is an update the application will not run - forcing me to run it manually and follow the update instruction upon opening ( I have auto update enabled)

Idiotic firmware updating process!!!!
Lost mouse due to background firmware update happening with NO notification while using a fullscreen app.
Was forced to power down PC in order to reboot as there is no way on windows to use keyboard to navigate to the restart/shutdown options ONLY found by mouse clicking on the virtual power button in windows start menuFirmware updates that disconnect anything "like HiD's" should NEVER be allowed to do so in the background ESPECIALLY while the item in question is currently in use

Can you make one of the options for the buttons on the mouse to search with your favorite search engine (google) like your MX5500 mouse does.

Fix device profile specific settings reset issue upon Options+ updates
Every time the Options+ updates itself, all my settings get reset. Auto backup has been enabled from day one. WHY?

Improve this piece of s**t shoftware
Why is it not possible to disable flow? Do I have to login to disable flow? That thing constantly talks to all my networks without me ever having enabled it. I hate hate hate that I have to install this ******** alpha software just in order to modify keyboard keys. Be better.

this software is bloated garbage. It provides less functionality but with far more overhead than previous iterations. Great hardware. Shame about the terrible software.

Minimize Logi Options+ from inside a Smart Action
I can live with having to have Logi Options+ open and in front in order to trigger a smart action. Seems cludgy but that's okay. But it would be real nice to be able to have an application action available for Logi Options+ to minimize that we could run at some point in the smart action sequence so Options+ isn't left behind in front of everything!!!!

The minimize and close options do not work for MESSENGER application in Smart Actions. Open option does.

Caps lock notification, no page up/down option
Two things:
First, I didn't ask to have a display of caps lock status. It was popping up during Teams calls, and I had to figure out that Options was the source, then turn it off.
Second, my vertical mouse has an option to set the left-side bar to forward-back but not one for page up-page down. I haven't figured out what forward-back is, but it's odd that something as normal as page up-page down isn't provided.1 vote -
Mouse settings regularly ignored
Since Switching to Logi+ my configuraitons are constantly being reset and I need to restart the app and do other things before things work again. This small issue is incredibly frustrating!!!!

Doesn't remember "Use F* as normal function keys"
Does not remember the setting "Use F* keys as normal function keys".
Every time I reboot the PC, they are FN+F1 instead of F1 again.1 vote
