Lost mouse due to background firmware update happening with NO notification while using a fullscreen app.
Was forced to power down PC in order to reboot as there is no way on windows to use keyboard to navigate to the restart/shutdown options ONLY found by mouse clicking on the virtual power button in windows start menu

Firmware updates that disconnect anything "like HiD's" should NEVER be allowed to do so in the background ESPECIALLY while the item in question is currently in use
