uninstalling previous version
have just installed logi option+ on a MacBook air 2020 (BigSur 11.5.2) and a MX keys for Mac. Installation without any problem. I have a question though. How to uninstall the previous logi option version completely?

Mausfunktion kaum genutzt; Craft support feht und wäre wichtiger
Die Mausunterstützung der MX3 ist gegenüber der aktuell verfügbaren Version, nur unwesentlich verändert. Ich schätze die Möglichkeit, das Scrollrad bei Bedarf entriegeln zu können und die Tasten mit Funktionen belegen zu können. Die Top-Taste verwende ich um den Sperrbildschirm zu aktivieren, wennich den Platz verlasse. Mehr Sonderfunktionen nutze ich von der Maus nicht. Die seitlichen Tasten habe ich deaktiviert, denn die führen gerne mal zu Fehlbedienungen. Hebt man die Maus zum Laden mal an, kommt man gerne schon mal an diese Tasten.
Der Support der Craft wäre für mich allerdings schon wichtiger.
Insbesondere wäre mir die Möglichkeit wichtig, die Tastenhintergrundbeleuchtung einstellen zu können. Die Zeit des Leuchten ist für meinen Geschmack etwas zu kurz eingestellt. Dies scheint abhängig vom Betriebszustand zu sein. Ist das Ladekabel angeschlossen, bleibt die Beleuchtung scheinbar an. Wenn man auch im Akku-Modus die Leuchtzeit einstellen oder gar auf Dauerbetrieb oder Absenkung der Helligkeit, einstellen könne, wäre dies durchaus hilfreich. Problem to control MX master 3 feature
Dear Logitech,
Logioption+ can not recognize My Mx master 3 for MAC. My MacOS version is Bigsur 11.5.2. And my original Logioption always got big issue that can not control and mouse feature

Presets for web apps
I love it, great job on the new software. I work with a LOT of web apps and most apps I use can't be distinguished between because they basically ALL happen in Chrome. It would be awesome to have specific button sets for different web apps. Hangouts, Google Sheets or Trello for example. Pretty please?

Unstable BT connection

Geräte nicht erkannt - Mac
Meine MX Master und MX Keys sind per Bluetooth mit meinem Mac verbunden. In Logitech Options+ werden mir diese jedoch nicht angezeigt.

App-specific settings list improvements
When the window is wide enough, the apps listed in the top right app-specific settings could expand to show more of the list. The MX Master thumb wheel should also be able to scroll that horizontal list.

캐이블로 연결중이 아닌데 연결되어 완충중이라고 뜨네요 유니파잉 이랑 블루투스 둘다 유선으로 인식하는거 같아요 베터리 잔량을 %로 나타나면 좋겠어요 좌우 ui가 깔끔하긴한데 정보를 얻기위해서는 한단계 거처 가는게 좀 귀찮아요 ㅎㅎ 그래도 베타치고는 말끔하고 옛날 일반 옵션 프로그램보단 가벼운거 같아서 좋아 그리고 제일 중요한거 ! arm용으로도 만들어주세요 ㅠㅠ m1 칩셋 호환성이 떨어지는거 같아요 아무래도 로제타로 돌리는거같은데 arm 으로 돌리면 더 쾌적할꺼 같습니다

Laggy mouse during video calls
When using Zoom or other screen sharing apps, I need to use my trackpad, or the mouse barely functions. When i use my trackpad directly, it's not choppy. When using my mouse, it's choppy.

Horizontal scrolling in browser changes tabs instead
The latest Logi+ update changed the thumbwheel behavior in MS Edge. It has changed it from a horizontal scroll on the page to instead scrolling between open tabs. I tried to configure the application specifically in Logi+ but that had no impact.
I REALLY liked being able to horizontal scroll, and now I keep inadvertently changing tabs when I try and its just maddening.

MX keyboard not working nobody will help
I have used MX Master mouse for many years and last year I decided to get the keyboard as I use it everyday for work. I started getting issues with my keyboard not connecting and then it stopped working all together about a moth ago or so. I have contacted you several times looking for help and still nobody has. I spent £100 on my keyboard thinking I was buying a quality product and at the moment I am using a £25 keyboard that out performs it in every way. I wanted the mouse and keyboard for my work flow as I use a lot of post production and video software for my job. Who is going to help me because at the moment if anyone asked I have to tell them that Logitec is a huge disappointment and not worth the cost...
