    An option to select colors of the devices. I have black keyboard and mouse. But the Options+ is showing the keyboard as Pink/Rose. :)

  2. Function Flow don´t work

    I have a mx master 3 and since I bought it the flow function don´t work...I saw many forums with people having the same problem, so I was wondering if Logitech is doing something about it, and if anyone knows how to fix this problem.

  6. Backlight Timer Option and Fault Fix On Back LIghting

    Please put in an option to set a longer timer on the backlighting. It dims and goes off to quickly. Sometimes it even bugs out and wont turn back on without pressing the buttons/backlight more than a couple times

  9. Win11 Mouse Performance Issue

    Since update to Win11 if a window is selected and then dragged there is a huge delay and then when the window is released it continues to drift for a few seconds before stopping and becoming usable.

    For some reason my keyboard (MX Keys) is duplicated on the app, with the duplicated entry marked as Inactive and the other displayed as it should be.

  11. MX Mac Keyboard Suggestion

    I wish there was some sort of battery indicator for the MX Keys Mac keyboard in a convenient place like the Bluetooth menu where I can see my Apple Magic Keyboard percent charged.

  12. Connection

    Recently I upgraded your firmware for the mouse and keyboard and for so reason, the bluetooth connection keep stopping and disconnected both hardware. I played with some setting but still no luck. Anyway I can roll back my previous version? Current version is 10.0.19041.488 or do you have a newer version?

    bonjour
    pour la configuration des touche pérsonalisable sur le clavier MX Keys ca serais de bien rajouter sur la fonction de mise en veille de l'ordinateur un timer (rester enfoncer 3 secondes avant mise en veille), ca éviterais qu'il se mette en veille a peine on appuis sur la touche.

    I´m having an issue, some time when I open microsoft remote desktop on my mac running big sur 11.6 options stop recognizing the mouse and the keyboard, both mx keys and mx 3. They show innactive and the buttons change the function attached to the application

  15. Mice flow issue from PC#2 to #3 if #1 is disconnected

    MX Anywhere Mice no flowing smoothly to #3 PC connection when #1 connection is not connected. It keeps wanting to connect to #1 when moving from #2 to #3.

  16. Horrible experience on Mac OS

    Absolutely horrible, inexcusable support for the MX Master 3, which should be the top of the productivity line. 50% of the times I try to use the mouse, all the configurations are gone. Recently there is even worse behaviour, since it randomly reverses scroll direction (even after I toggled off natural scroll) and it jumps whole screens when scrolling instead of the regular three lines. I used a Performance Mouse MX for over 8 years, and now I cannot in good faith recommend a Logitech mouse ever again. I'll be selling this mouse and buying from a different brand in…

  17. LogiMgr looses connection to MX Master 3 MAC

    I just bought a new MX Master 3 for Mac, after a few hours, it looses the connection with LogiOptions/LogiMgr. This means all the special settings don't work anymore.
    I tried a lot of tips found on the internet, sometime restarting the daemon helps, but not always. The bluetooth connection is there, but LogiOptions/Mgr doesn't see it.... Annoying for a new device of 80€....

  18. MX Ergo Can't Climb 11 OR A Beta

    I still can't comprehend how you made the decision to release this software without, at least very basic, support for the MX Ergo trackball. You mean to tell me that you expect your customers to run this and the legacy Options software (easily a combined 500-1000MB of storage) at the same time so that they can use Flow to move their mouse pointer and keyboard input to another system they're using?
