I still can't comprehend how you made the decision to release this software without, at least very basic, support for the MX Ergo trackball. You mean to tell me that you expect your customers to run this and the legacy Options software (easily a combined 500-1000MB of storage) at the same time so that they can use Flow to move their mouse pointer and keyboard input to another system they're using? Dumb *****. Get this fixed. You've got good hardware. Don't become a Microsoft [Windows], Google [all UX-centric software], or app store developer. They're the worst. You can be so much more! Stay focused on what you're doing well, but please don't forget product overlap, OK? Thanks.
