Inactive and active both show
I have an MX Master 3 and MX Keys and in the app it shows me 2 of each, 1 inactive and 1 active and connected. The INACTIVE ones I don't think should be displayed.

MX KEYS Backligting
Hello! I think you should add function always keyboard backlighting on MX Keys. Many people want it because your sensetive backligting sometimes can randomly blink and it s very annoying. I understand that you did it because always on backligting can worsen battery but you can add BIG ATTENTION about it. I think users should control such things themselves. I am waiting for your answer. Also I want to thank you about fixing bug with Mac Os and MX keys switching FN keys because before I installed new Options I had big latency after switching from FN keys to Multimedian ( about 5 second), now it works fine. What did you do to fix this?) Also very annoying bug on old option. Sometimes mission control keys and mouse gesture didn' t work,

Practical solution to Easy-Switching Keys and Master by Easy-Switch
When I purchased the MX Keys + MX Master 3 combination I was convinced that the Easy-Switch functionality of the MX Keys would switch the connected computer for both the keyboard and the mouse at the same time.
It's major disappoinment that this is only switchin the connected PC for the keyboard. Having to flip the mouse and press the switch button on the bottom of the mouse multiple times is not 'easy' at all.It should technically be possible to achieve a real 'easy-switch', meaning both devices with one tap on the keyboard. If it's not possible due to BT limitations (i.e. not possible to communicate from MX Keys to MX Master directly while connected to a PC), then it can always be achieved by letting the current connected PC send the switch signal to the still connected mouse, before the MX Keys connects to the selected PC.
E.g.
- MX Keys and MX Master are connected to PC1.
- Users presses Easy-Switch 3
- MX Keys sends signal of incoming 'Easy-Switch 3' to PC1 (Logitech Options)
- Logitech Options sends the 'Easy-Switch 3' signal to MX Master
- MX Keys and MX Master switch to Easy-Switch 3 profile
The switch can happen asynchronous, so it's not necassry for the MX Keys to wait until Logitech Options confirms that it was able to inform MX Master of the profile change. It can switch to the selected Easy-Switch as soon as it has communicated the switch back to Logitech Options.

Issue with deleting the easy switch deices
Not able to remove device from Easy switch. I wanted to remove the 3rd easy switch option. even remov the bluetooth devices frm windows 10 system. but sill its shows in the logitech software

Fusion 360 Folder
Some [usually cloud-based] applications like Autodesk Fusion 360 are stored in folders with randomly-generated names that change after every update (for Fusion it happens almost every month now). Once folder changes Logi Option does not recognize the updated application; Customized buttons work but editing them is not possible because Logi Options recognizes the updated application as a new one with global settings.

Charging feature.
-The gesture feature should be more sensitive, currently the delay is a bit high.

Flow of linked keyboard works not fluently
Hi, the flow function with linked keyboards works not fluently. When I moved my cursor from one computer to another and move back fast, my linked keyboard (mxkeys) always cannot move back so I have to press the button on my keyboard to switch it back.

Buttons customization (DEL + ESC ?)

I used to have a mouse with customizable buttons to work in AutoCad
I used to have DELETE and ESCAPE buttons assigned to my side buttons.
I can´t find these options (in the long list) to customize my new MX3 and that is disappointingcheers
