Backlight Timer
Guys, I first want to say i absolutely love your product. It has without a doubt made my week immensely easier. I use the mouse and keyboard everyday and the battery life is amazing. I did have one idea, sometimes when its late and I reach for the keyboard, it isnt easy to see in the dark. I thought maybe being able to set a timer on the backlight would be easy and convenient.

No Login options for backup
There is no options to login, and backup your settings.

Mouse showing inactive and other issue
Why does it show Inactive when the mouse is connected,
Also after not working on it for like 2 days and if the mouse is left on, when its picked up again, the pointer speed goes to 20%. This issue is since the beginning.

no binding to shutting and sleeping of device
is there no option to bind the buttons to shutting down or sleeping of the computer?

Mouse and keyboard not shown in Options+
One laptop didn't update and didn't show my mouse anymore. After reinstalling options+, it updated to the latest version, but now both my mouse and keyboard are not shown in Options+. I have removed them in Logitech Unifing software and add them again. They still are not shown in Options+

Keyboard not following mouse when using FLOW
When using flow. They keyboard take longer or in some cases does not follow the device the mouse has switched to.
For example. I was on PC1 then I moved my mouse towards PC2. The mouse moved to PC2 but the keyboard was still connected to PC1. The the keyboard to move to PC2 the mx master 3 mouse needed to go back to PC1 then back to PC2. Or manually change using the device switch keys on the mx keys

it's very frustrating that the logitech ergo keyboard is not supported in Logi Options+
All logitech devices should be unified under one app. I have maybe 8 input devices, keyboards, mice, trackball, cameras, headset, and they require 4 different apps to use correctly. Today i uninstalled all but logi tunes for my cameras since I need that for class zoom/teams meetings, and logi options+ for my mx meyboard and mouse which I recently spent ofer $200 on. So, I keep my $100+ ergo keyboard in the closet since its not compatable with logi options+ and I do not want to…

Flow from Mac to PC okay, but from PC to Mac not working
I have a Mac (Monterey) and a PC (Windows 10) connected with Flow and the mouse easily goes from the Mac to the PC, but it won't go back the other way. Both machines have version 0.60.3677 installed.

Logitech, Logi is a mess for the end user
the logitech apps are very annoying. I've usually turned to logitech for all my input devide needs, but I am becoming very disappointed with the unification of all the devices and apps on logitech's end. On my win 11 desktop, I have logitech options, logi options+, logi tune, logi bolt that recommended itself to be installed but has no use on my end, and the unifying usb receivers constantly need unplugged and plugged back in every single day it seems becaus my mouse and keyboard lose contact. MX Master device inactive after sleep
MX Master 3 is not detected after sleep and says it's inactive, despite the mouse is connected.
I've tried unpair it and pair it again, but no luck.

Disgusting keyboard attachment through Unifying
A keyboard connected via a Unifying adapter keeps falling off. At the same time, a mouse connected directly via Bluetooth works great!

Backup settings in Options Plus
Using options plus with MX keys and MX Master 3 mouse:
I am unable to log in to my Logitech account to backup settings.
If I try to use the older options program it will not let me in and says I must use Master 3 Mouse in Options Plus.1 vote -

Caps lock and easy switch
I can't find how to turn off the caps lock notification? Also, the dialog that appears on the easy switch is too slow.
Other than that the new application is far easier to use and better looking.

Get it together and fix your stuff!
Installed Options+ after Options just stopped working correctly. Turns out Options+ has the same problems:
1. My MX Master 3 on Mac OS always stops working regarding Gesture button. Sometimes I still can open Mission Control Overview, but I can't use Left/Right while pressing to switch desktops. Sometime just nothing happens, sometimes I get an error sound.
2. Scrolling randomly stops working. It doesn't switch between natural and normal, it just stops completely...
3. Speed sometimes just resets back to 50%, instead of my 75% - I have to toggle the mouse channel from 1 one complete round back to…1 vote
