Mouse and keyboard inactive
My MX Master mouse works as a mouse, but I've lost all the extra functionality. When I log in to Options, it just says 'inactive' (also for my keyboard) without any indication of what I can do to resolve this?

k780 빨리 지원해주세요
- k780 키보드 사무실에서 사용하려고 구매
- 로지텍 옵션 실행시 검은화면만 뜨거나 장치를 못찾는 현상이 발생 --> 블루투스, 유니파잉 다안됨
- 인터넷에서 모든 방법을 찾아봐서 따라해봤지만 실패
- 다른사람 컴퓨터에선 잘됨
- Logi Options+ 나왔다는 소식에 깔아봄
- k780 미지원...
- 한글 및 캐드 등 사용시 F1~12키가 필요한데 fn키를 누르고 해야하니 너무 답답
- 결론 : k780 다시 봉인
- 빨리 지원되게 해주세요 키보드가 부서지지 않게...

Sync the switch buttons for MX Keyboards and Mouse
There should be an option to simultaneously switch a MX mouse 2S mouse and MX Keyboard with the push of the easy switch button on the keyboard. Currently, they are controlled separately even with both devices being on a single unifying receiver.

"Always on" mode + backlighting on/off delay
I would find it extremely helpful if an option were added that if my MX Keys keyboard is being used when wired, the backlighting always stays on. This was a feature that I really miss from using my previous Logitech K800 keyboard.
Also, the ability to adjust the delay when the backlighting turns off in wireless mode would be welcome as well, but not important to me as an "always on" feature when the keyboard is plugged in.

Custom set macros for MX Master 3 don't work in VLC
I don't like this new Logi Options+ software, it broke my MX Master 3's set buttons for VLC. Also I can no longer use Logitech Options with my Master 3. Please fix these issues, it just happens in VLC. No, there wasn't an update for VLC that broke it. The same buttons also work in other programs for other custom set features. Or at the very least allow the use of Logitech Options with the MX Master 3.

Keyboard Color Error
KeyBoard Color Error.
In the process of using Logitech options +, the device picture on the home page is displayed as pink k380, while the real connected device is gray k380. The system display is abnormal. Please repair it.

Address GPU usage while running in the background
Process "Logi Options+ Agent" has a constant 1.5%-3% GPU utilization while the beta is running in the background.

滚轮问题
MX master3鼠标驱动有问题：
有时候在滚轮只向前或想后滚动一格的情况下，页面缺可以滚动好几页。只有切换程序再使用滚轮一次才恢复正常，否则该现象会一直存在。2 votes -

Options wont recognise mouse
Still wont recognise my Anywhere Mouse (windows) neither did the old Options. Have uninstalled, reinstalled, removed via safe mode, manually chosen driver, used options etc
Sorry but i have been useing wireless mice and keyboards since their first inception, and run an IT company, so am more than used to trouble shooting, this is the only piece of hardware since windows 3.1 i cant get working as intended.

Flow stops working when switching users on MacOSX 11.6 Big Sur
On MacOSX 11.6, the Flow feature only works with the user it has been started or set up with. Switching user accounts causes flow to stop working. If you switch back to the original user, it's fine again.
For a sample workflow, one user sets up Flow using Options+. It's working perfectly. Switch users, Flow stops working entirely. The other user can open Options+ app and sometimes you'll get an error mentioning that the background service isn't running (so you can start it) but can't get Flow working for the newly logged in user. In this case, they are both Administrators.
Also tested with a complete logout, but unfortunately the problem persists if it ran on another user first.
If a restart is done, whichever user first logged in is the only one that can use flow.

'Modifier Key' missing from the actions list when compared to the production Options app
The 'modifier key' option under actions seems to be missing. The 'keystroke assignment' action does work to replace it and may make the 'modifier key' option redundant, but my opinion is it's nice to quickly select a modifier key instead of capturing it using keystroke.

Suddenly my mx master 3 working only with the BASIC functions, moving and clicking , cant use ANY further functions, tried using the beta version and nothing .. please contact me im seeking for solution.!
