smooth scroll does not stable
The smoothscroll feature does not work properly with freespin. Sometimes it works well and then suddenly it does not work. It happens each time I work with microsoft Edge on windows 10. I encountered this issue about more then 10 times per day. I expect that when I turn to Ratchet, it should work as normal mouse, and when I switch to freespin, it should act as smoothscroll similar to using touch bar of laptop. I'm using laptop Lenovo P15 latop & Macbook pro 16 inch BigSur .

Flow Not Working Between Windows and M1 MAC
I have migrated my MAC to MAC M! and after fresh installation of Option+ the flow does not work. I can be configured but when i move the cursor to the end of screen, the cursor does not move to the other system.

Using thumb scroll for "Navigate between tabs" now turns into Volume up/down in the designated app after the new update.

MX Master "Inactive" in Options+
Mx master 3 mouse connected via bluetooth to Mac appears as "inactive" in Options+. Issue cannot be resolved by system restarts, re-pairing the mouse, reinstalling Options+, re-granting accessibility and other permissions, bluetooth module resets, or even nvram resets. Issue has previously resolved itself in a couple of days but happens again and again at random times with no pattern. Sometimes(rarely) issue resolves by putting Mac to sleep and then waking it up. Latest, the issue happened after Options+ update and is not resolvable.

Horizontal Scroll wheel scrolls in opposite direction
MX Master 3, Horizontal Scroll wheel.
Can I have the option of reversing the direction of the scroll? I hate that the horizontal scroll works in the opposite direction of the mouse scroll wheel.
EX. when I scroll up on the scroll wheel the page moves up and vice versa. On the other hand, when I scroll the horizontal scroll to the right, it moves the page to the LEFT and vice versa.
I would generally like a lot more granular controls for the mouse and keyboard in Options Plus. Even Options had less controls than the Logitech G Hub, whice had even less controls than Logitech Gaming Software. I feel with every new software launch for new hardware, we go back in terms of features and control. Please, at least let us 'unlock' advance controls if you guys are really **** bent on making the software easier to use for common people and not use power users.
BTW I'm using an MX Master 3 with MX Keys I love the looks and features of these for productivity but again it doesn't work the way I expect or prefer them to and each software release takes more features away from the user.

gesture picture appear when clicking on gestures
when i click on "gestures" on the picture of the mouse i would like to be able to see the picture of the custom gestures (as i have keyboard shortcuts set) instead of having to click into one of the gestures which changes the picture to show the keyboard shortcuts.

A couple of problems experienced.

As to your suggestion to go completely Bluetooth... That fixed the volume issue, but when the computer went into sleep mode, I could not wake it up until forcing a restart. At this point, I don't know what the problem is, it could be many that could cause this. I know I'm not alone on this problem. Hopefully it will get figured out. Other than that, this keyboard rocks and the mouse is awesome.1 vote -
Flow功能Bug反馈，按钮自定义逻辑修改建议
1.通过Flow切换电脑时（按住Ctrl时），键盘经常性无法跟随切换，即，鼠标从电脑1切换到电脑2，但是键盘仍停留在电脑1。不确定产生原因，此Bug在旧Option软件中就已出现。电脑中可能干扰鼠标驱动的是罗技G游戏软件。
2.鼠标自定义按键中，手势操作的设置UI逻辑不合理，可以考虑在选择功能后直接返回上一页，或者增加按钮，我多次停留在功能选择项上不知所措。
