Random custom gesture overwrite
Customizable button in the top constantly switches to scroll mode switch instead of my custom option (hide/show desktop)

Add inverted (horizontal) scrolling (globally)
I need a way to invert the default scrolling way. For instance, the horizontal scrolling is backwards for me. I by instinct push the thumb scroll wheel down to move a web page or excel/google sheet left and up to see more to the right. And I want this to be global, not per app but it should be there as well as an option.

Mouse freezes
Having an issue with hesitancy. The mouse seems to stop for a few seconds once in a while. Trackpad on laptop works fine though. Mouse is fully charged and has the latest updates. Issue has been happening over last few weeks. Can't seem to isolate why it happens or when it happens. Turning off mouse and turning it back on seems to fix sometimes. Connected via macbook pro bluetooth no signs of disconnecting.

FN+Brightness Keys not Working
When funtion keys are set to 'F1' key priority (F1, F2, F3, ect), using FN+brightness down/up keys do not work after waking from sleep. Other FN+keys are working perfectly, for example FN+volume up/down works even after sleep and wake.

Lag in Bluetooth Connection
The overall experience of the app is exceptional. My one little nitpick in the operation of the mouse is that whenever the mouse is connected through bluetooth and when the flow is enabled, the device connected through USB receiver works perfectly alright but the device paired through bluetooth tends to lag a lot. I hope that this issue is resolved at the earliest.

사용자 지정으로 제스처 버튼을 누르면 캡처 및 스케치 앱이 실행되도록 설정을 해뒀었는데 베타버전에서는 이게 단순 전체화면 캡쳐가 되는 스크린 캡쳐로 바뀌었네요?

I'm stuck at the connect your device(s) page. And when I try to use the normal Logi Options, I only have the option to use Logi Options+ even after uninstalling it. Is there a way to opt out from the beta? I've tried uninstalling everything, restarting my mac, nothing works.

Mouse won't connect
I cannot connect my mouse to the program. I have tried 3 different wireless mice- 2 of them were Logitech brand.

thumbwheel issue
Issue: all of a sudden, on one of my computer, the thumbwheel starts to acting weirdly on chrome. previously I set it to navigate tabs. now it just acts like it only clicks "tab" (and jump between elements within the page). and switching to using keyboard shortcut also doesn't work. for example I tried to record "control +tab", but it only received "control". what's even stranger is that on my other computer it works fine (same mouse). So might be some glitch on this computer's settings/profiles, or another app could be interfiering? please advice. thank you.

Please fix the software detection.
Hi, I'm writing this email with severe disappointment towards this software. It will not detect my mouse properly, other times the software will not start, or will keep looping when I try to log in to my account and now - even though my mouse is connected - it will not detect ANYTHING at all. FYI - I'm using the M1 Pro Mac and the MX Master 3 (this issue is also present in my Intel Mac as well). Thanks.

CPUs hate him
Absolutely shreds my battery. Logi Options+ is sitting at a 100% CPU usage. Only gets better on reboots. Now I have to use AppTamer to make the macbook fans calm down. Tell the programmers to remove the while-true-loop some intern put in.
MacOS 12.1, but issue started ever since I installed Logi Options+
