As to your suggestion to go completely Bluetooth... That fixed the volume issue, but when the computer went into sleep mode, I could not wake it up until forcing a restart. At this point, I don't know what the problem is, it could be many that could cause this. I know I'm not alone on this problem. Hopefully it will get figured out. Other than that, this keyboard rocks and the mouse is awesome.
