Existing Software issues and New AI Prompt is Unneeded
What is this AI prompt ****? Just allow my mouse to work as a mouse, please. Every time the software needs to update itself or pester me, the mouse functionality is paused until I clear whatever notice the app is giving. It's a real hindrance.

Gesture button and AI function
Hi. Been using M720 Triathlon mouse for a decade maybe, it's the best mouse for me that is on the market due to the gesture button. Now I'd love to use your new AI button but there is no way for me to do it. I have the other buttons programmed for vol up and down plus copy paste (and there is no way I'll be reprogramming the scroll). So I hoped I could use the gesture button but when I do it, the AI tool does not just alter the gesture button alone, but removes all the other gestures…

Using Logi AI promt builder doesnt work anymore with ChatGPT 4 and 4o.
When I trigger it the ChatGPT open but now text is being pasted.

NEVER USE AI WITHOUT CONSENT
If you try to install AI spying prompt garbage to my computer without my consent again I will ******* uninstall this software and never buy any product from Logitech again!!! HOW DARE YOU?!
Not only did you sneak this TRASH onto your customers PCs, we initially couldn't even disable or remove it (WTF?) and only after intense backlash did you even add an OPTION to disable it and it's still ******* ON by default (********!!!!)
DO NOT TRY ANYTHING LIKE THIS AGAIN!

Remove AI builder from top menu bar if AI builder is disabled in the settings
In spite of the "AI builder" being disabled in the options, there is an icon for it in the top bar of the driver menu which, upon every accidental mouseover, opens a HUGE popup advertising this "feature". Can this please be removed in a future revision? I need to use my mouse for productive work, not to play with "AI".

The ai builder works in this update, before it would open the chatgpt window and do nothing. Great work!

AI feature useless
REf the AI tool to rephrase texts. Presently it is useless as you cannot paiste text into the box. So I use chatgpt, gemini or copilot to do this work as they accept paisted comments. Its beyond be;ief you released a completely usless tool.

AI is AGAINST COMPANY POLICY!
My company, Amazon Corp, has a policy preventing Third-Party AI applications from being utilized on its servers. I would LOVE to be able to try these new features, but am unable to due to this company policy. Every time anything from Logi pops up re: AI, I get an error message from Amazon IT stating it's a "security risk." Unsure if there's a fix for this or not, but wanted to share this info with Logi in case there's any potential fix on your end. We may not be the ONLY ones experiencing this issue. Could be other companies…

AI prompt builder not working properly
So i set up the AI prompt builder on one of the buttons on my logitech LIFT mouse. But when I select text and press that button, it takes me directly to chat gpt without the words copy and pasted directly onto the prompter... why is this happening? Could you fix this up for me?

AI is not inherently installed in your Logitech.
The AI is a feature for people that use it. It is not in your logitech build. It is more a trigger to chat GPT.
This is why people need to learn about AI. It is in more things than people know. To get worried about it here isn't an issue. I really hope people educate themselves on AI as a subject. An idea would be to show people how AI actually works because I guarantee everyone that posted here is spreading a false narrative. Saying things like my logi has AI and I can't get rid or won't…

AI animation still showing when disabled
I'm hating the "..." that shows underneath my cursor when typing... I have the AI option disabled! I don't want to see the "...". Please, fix it!

AI prompts return wrong result
AI prompt doesn't work as expected. Even simple prompts don't return expected results. Try asking GPT to translate a phrase into a different language, but write the output using transliteration of your native language. Can't handle it thrugh your assistant. (but works fine in GPT).

please never ever install any Ai software, links or access points of any kind, i do not want anything of this nature in my machine, if you do all my logitech products go in the bin and i will no longer recommend or buy your products, ever

AI buttons/features have very limited appeal/use
I do not see any value in your AI buttons and AI flows. I would rather see more investment in further improving your core functionality. An example of this - I would like to have the option to use a keypress/button press as a shortcut to change the device my logitech is connected to. Would be great if I could have my keyboard buttons also change my mouse!
