  1. MX Master 3S no longer pairs with Logi Options+

    My Mx MAster 3 mouse stopped showing as 'connected' in the logi options+ app because it does not show up as 'connected' i no longer have custom controls over the mouse. The logi options + app also no longer is able to pair with my mouse after following the pairing sequence that was provided in the documentation for my device. I am not happy about this. Please fix the app because it was working fine before October.

  5. Bug Logi Options Windows - App funktioniert nicht

    Die Logi Options + Desktopapplikation für Windows stürzt regelmäßig ab, wodurch die Buttons auf meiner MX Master 3 nicht mehr funktionieren. Dann muss ich alle laufenden Processe von Logi Options über den Taskmanager beenden und Logi Options neu starten, damit es wieder funktioniert. Ich brauche keine neuen Funktionen. Ich hätte gerne, dass die Maus und die Tasten einfach funktionieren und ich nicht immer irgendetwas neu starten muss. Ich installiere Updates immer zeitnahe aber dieser Bug besteht schon lange und wurde noch immer nicht behoben.

  6. App update deletes settings

    Please stop clearing custom mouse settings (button actions etc..) while updating the app
    Especialy if the app is updated so offten.

  7. fix your garbage software

    your software crashes at least once a day. please hire people that know how to code, or have them use AI to help them.
    your software has always sucked. i remember it causing problems as long as i have been using your products, which is a shame as i really like your hardware.

  11. Logi Options App not working

    Leider stürzt die Logi Options+ App sehr häufig ab unter Windows 10, lädt nicht, lässt sich nicht öffnen oder funktioniert einfach nicht. Die Funktionen der Maus und der Tastatur funktionieren nur sporadisch und meistens nur dann wenn die Logi Options App im Vordergrund geöffnet ist. Schade, die Geräte sind eigentlich super, aber die App absolut buggy.

  13. Windows hibernate freezes logioptionsplus_agent process

    After return Windows from Hibernate state, the mouse loses certain configurations like sensitivity settings, also it is not possible to open Logi Options+ app. The reason is, as many people describe in reddit and other platforms, that "logioptionsplus_agent.exe" process is stuck, so the solution is to kill this process, open Logi Options+, and suddenly everything works. This is very annoying bug of the software for people like me using Windows Hibernate mode. Thank you

  14. App doesn't load properly on startup

    the app doesn't start properly when I turn on my computer. it get stuck on the purple page but doesn't actually open. So I have to end all the processes in task manager and open it again every time I turn on the computer. It's very annoying. Please fix if possible. Thanks. Windows 11.   15. Logi Options+ stuck loading on Windows 11 with MX Master 4

    The Logi Options+ app frequently gets stuck loading on Windows 11. On every boot I have to kill Logitech services in Task Manager several times before it opens. Even then, after a few hours the MX Master 4’s extra buttons stop working until I repeat the process. This makes the mouse’s key features unreliable and very frustrating to use. Please fix the startup hang and the loss of custom button functionality.

  16. Settings reset on update

    Every time Logi Options+ updates, all the custom button definitions reset to the default which is incredibly frustrating. This is a new issue that's appeared in the last couple months.

    I have the MX Vertical and I changed each of the side buttons to swap desktops on my macbook, and the top button should open mission control. Many mornings I'll get ready to start work and find that these buttons have stopped working again. Can you please fix this bug, it makes me want to replace this hardware and never by Logitech hardware again.

  17. Options+轉圈圈轉不停

    用了有兩年的windows options+ app，都沒有問題，但是最近幾天，常常發生滑鼠 的設定跑掉，我試著打開Options+，app一直轉圈圈轉不完。
    我必需用工作管理員，把所有Logic的process殺掉，再重開Options+，就會正常，麻煩你們要看一下。

    最近Logi Options+很容易當機，會讓鍵盤或滑鼠的個人化自訂按鈕失效，必須使用工作管理員將Logi Options+所有相關的程序強制關閉後再重新啟動才會正常

  19. Can't login to account on Logi Options+ on Windows 11

    Unable to login to account on Logi Options+ version 1.88.697541.

    Trying to login to the application opens up the Microsoft Edge browser, but the application does not re-launch even when clicking the "Launch Application" button.

    Is there a way to just login via the application using username and password? The current method is terrible. Thanks.
