2. MX Keys Sustained Backlighting

   The only thing I HATE about the MX keys is the inability to keep the backlighting consistently on. I'm buying a "pro" product and want "pro" versatility/control. Or at least to extend the duration it takes for the backlighting to turn off, because I only ever need the backlighting for the first letter when my hands have been off the keyboard for a second. I like the idea but in practice it's a bit counterintuitive.

3. Restart your computer fix icon

   I was asked to restart my computer because safari is blocking my mouse and keyborad! WTF Logitech! That's an extremely lame for the new logitech software. I never had issues like that with the previos verion. Fix that youself!

5. Logi Options+ asking to restart Macbook to fix connection issues with keyboard and mouse

   Logitech keyboard and mouse not working with Logi Options+. Software prompt me to fix the error by restarting my Macbook Pro 16. Happened twice already today.

6. Keyboard back lighting time ON longer and adjustable and variable brightness.

   MX Keys For Mac.LOVE this keyboard, chose this one over the Apple version for my new Mac Mini M1 for its back lighting feature as I use this machine in a dark room mostly. 2 features that would be great to have is, MUCH longer time back lighting remains illuminated and that time to be Adjustable, and that ON time to be consistent. Sometimes it turns off immediately after key input other times it remains on for 15 seconds or so. As I go back to typing some keys that I need to start with aren't second nature location its a guess if I am hitting the right one. I understand it will substantially reduce battery life between charges yet that is a penalty I am will to absorb, Possibly incorporate way for the Keyboard to recognize when the Machine it was connected to via BlueTooth is now off/blue tooth off, it then shuts off the back lighting automatically and maybe goes back to the default backlight on time, 10 seconds or so.
   Secondly, Variable back light brightness, an effort to reduce brightness when in very dark rooms to have save battery life.

7. M1 Mac CPU usage

   1. Logi Options+ is running 180 threads on my system... (M1 Mac 2021). Why?

   2. Please distribute an arm-compiled version for M1 Macs

   3. Need a way to easily revert application specific settings to the global setting

9. master3蓝牙模式滚轮经常无效

   master 3鼠标
   蓝牙模式下，MacBook pro 13，
   1.电脑睡眠到开启，滚轮滑动对应的页面方向时不时失效，必须重启电脑才正常。删除蓝牙重连还是不行
   2.第一种情况，切换到优联，滚轮正常。但是手势-导航窗口功能失效，其他正常。

10. Logi Options+ does not detect Mx Master 3 for Mac

    Logi Options+ does not detect Mx Master 3 for Mac. It only says "Connect your devices". Mac Os 12.2 and Latest Logi Options+. The mouse is brand new. What can I do because I cannot use any options for this mouse. When I install Logi Options it says that the mouse is not supported and I need to use Options+. Thank you.

11. Option to leave back light on or adjust timeout

    Would love the option to keep the back light on or at least be able to set the time it turns off. The contrast between the characters and the keys with the light off is not very good and is made much worse with dim lighting. For example I do a lot of reading and when I look down at my keyboard the light is off and I really have to strain to find the key I need.

14. Loginwindow preventing the device from being recognized

    There is a "FIX DEVICE" message on all of my devices that says "loginwindow is preventing the device from being recognized". This happens at least a couple of times per day and it's really annoying. The mouse doesn't respond properly anymore (back/forward buttons, scrolling, etc.).
    Restarting the computer seems to fix the issue for a short while, but then it appears again.

17. RAM usage is unacceptable

    Electron usage... really?

    I get that Electron makes desktop applications easier to develop, but you have to take into account if the price is worth it.

    What is Logitech Options+? It's an application that lets you change the behavior of the core interface into your computer. It's not heavy lifting compute-wise.

    Now, I can see the usage of Electron being justified to just toggle settings here and there, but Electron's footprint should not be detected when the Options+ UI is dismissed, which I can see in Activity Monitor.

    We are not talking about a trivial amount of resources here! Options is just one process on my Mac, and it's taking up 37 MB of RAM. Technically, that's a little on the high side for what it does, but I'll let it go. 37 MB is relatively nothing. It's a good app.

    Options+ on the other hand is taking 286 + 243 + 126 + 77 + 34 + 20 + 14 = 800 MB. Eight hundred megabytes... for this???? I should just end my argument right here.

    Find a way to remove Electron's memory usage when the UI is not shown, or scrap the use of it altogether. 8GB of RAM should be enough in 2021, but it isn't because companies are trying to cut corners in development.

    If this is the future of Logitech software support, we will have to start using applications like Karabiner to map our mice and keyboards without incurring 800 MB of RAM usage. Doing this requires configuration time, pain and just a bad experience overall. You shouldn't want to put that on your customers.

    Our RAM is starved enough as it is. Don't add to our pain. Please!

19. Alternative zu Flow, über MX Keys Geräteswitch-tasten 1-3 Tastaur inklusive Maus auf den Geräten durchwechseln

    MX Keys verbunden mit mx master 3, Flow aktiviert. flow ist nett aber ich würde gerne durch die Geräteauswahltasten der 1-3 der MX Keys
    zwischen meinen Systemen wechseln können und dabei direkt die Maus mit auf das Gerät swichen. Ist die Option vorhanden oder möglich umzusetzten ?

20. Logi Options+ Software Issues

    Issue: I had to delete Logi Options+ on my other computer, because of a hangup. Any time I'd boot up the Logi Options+ software it would say something along the lines of "Trying to connect to backend"...

    Once I exhausted all troubleshooting steps (reset, with and w/out VPN, reset) I chose to remove from computer (MacOS Monterrey). Now when I try to adjust my settings on the original Logi Options software, it won't allow me because it says I'm using Logi Options+, which is something I no longer have on that computer.
