  1. Unwanted mic mute icon

    When I turn off the setting "Mic mute/unmute notification", it still shows an icon in my menu bar when the mic is muted. I don't want that icon. It should be turned off when I turn off the notification -- or it should be a separate setting that can be turned off.

  4. 2 apps required for MX Master 3 and Craft Keyboard!

    When will the Craft keyboard be supported? I have your both your flagship keyboard and mouse (MX Master 3 and Craft Keyboard) but I have to use 2 different apps (Options and Options+) to control them!😞

    options plus 장치 연결이 안됩니다.
    options는 문제없이 장치 연결이 되었는데,
    업데이트 버전에서 이런 문제가 발생하네요..

  6. Smartshift keeps turning itself off automatically

    Smartshift on Mx Master 3s keeps turning itself off and requires me to go back into Logi Options + to reenable it agian.

  7. memory leak

    Using M1 PRO here and it seems like there is a memory leak in the logi option software that is causing the scroll to not work anymore..
    this has been going for over a moth now and with no fix.. very frustrating from a mouse that is supposed to be the best in the market.

    Hi,
    Can you support customization for devices like M705 mouse and M750 solar keyboard? M705 is supported in options but now it's not showing up on the plus beta version. Thanks!

  9. Mx Master 3 polling rate issues

    The MX Master 3 (and most bluetooth mice) need to have the ability of pairing with an USB receiver instead of direct bluetooth on MacOS. I ask of this simply because the MX Master 3 is limited to 125hz polling over bluetooth. I can see the pointer moving at 30hz on a 144hz monitor and it drives me insane. When I plug in my logitech G502 + usb receiver, I can use the full speed and move my cursor at the full 144hz my monitor supports, instead of lagging behind.

    However - I still continue to use the MX Master…

  11. Craft support needed

    Are there any plans t support the Keyboard Craft? If not could there be an option to go back to the old options software as I have the Craft and MX Master 3 for Mac and can no longer use Flow with the Craft.

    MX Master 3 Mouse and MX Keys kept on disconnecting after the Mac goes to sleep, need to restart everytime which is very annoying.

    目前使用Keys 跟 Master3

    有三個接收器，我想問有沒有功能可以綁定這兩個裝置，當我按下鍵盤上的123 裝置時，可不可以不用去按滑鼠的，這樣很麻煩，也就是滑鼠隨著鍵盤的裝置跟過去的功能，我是了很久都沒有這功能，謝謝

  17. Logi Options + stuck on loading on mac M1

    Logi Options is ALWAYS stuck on loading. The app does not want to open. Everyday, I need to delete the app, reinstall it and then never close it otherwise, when I'll try to open it again, it'll be stuck on loading forever.

    I'm on a Mac M1 2020, 8Gb of RAM, MacOS Monterey 12.0.1 (21A559)

    This is REALLY annoying because the profile for my Mx Master 3 does not seem to be saved on the Mouse so I need Logi options + to be opened.

    Please fix this !!!

  19. Mouse scroll stops working

    My vertical scroll wheel on my mouse at times stops working. I noticed this corresponds with the Logi Options+ app not loading. A reboot will fix this, or a reinstall of the app. Attached is a screenshot of the app when it doesn't load.
