  2. Backlight cycle between on and off

    Keyboard backlight turns off and on indefinitely even when nothing is in it's range and bluetooth is connected. The light turns on, stays on for around 5 seconds, goes off then after a further 5 seconds turns on again in a cycle. Tried factory reset and it worked until I used Flow at which point the cycle started again. Turning off and on doesn't work.

  3. Not smooth cursor movement in Windows 11

    In the last few weeks, I've noticed that my MX Master 3 mouse cursor is not moving smoothly.

    FYI, I'm using Windows 11. From time to time, whenever I completely disconnect (forget the bluetooth device) and then reconnect, it works again, but after sometime, the issue returns!

  4. Ctrl-Flow & Settings Backup

    I've noticed a significant lag using Flow, with respect to the previous version of Logitech Options. In particular, the "hold-ctrl" to switch screens feature seems to only work one way. I have to manually select the first computer with the button on my mouse or use "flow" just by moving the cursor to the edge of the screen. Certainly not a deal breaker, but I prefer the Hold-Ctrl option to mitigate accidental switches.

    Maybe I'm just not seeing it, but I haven't found the option to backup my settings in the newer version. I'll keep looking but that was also…

  5. App colors, settings and ideas

    • dark(er) mode would be great as the white just burns into your eyes
    • why is pink the default color for K380 KB? In the original app it was grey
    • will there be an app for mobile devices with similar settings?

  6. Регулировка длительности подсветки в секундах, минутах и "не выключать"

    Добавьте уже регулировку длительности подсветки. Ну за...ла выключаться моментально, как только задумался на 5 секунд. Бесит ужасно. А потом плавно активируется. Ну капец. А можно резче? А может вообще дать не выключать? Я как бы не умру, если она один раз разрядится до конца, или будет светить 5 минут без угасания. А пока пользоваться невозможно.

    There is no other functional key binding for keyboard MX Master backlight illumination than F6 & F7 even there are for all other possibilities...lame :(

    wo kann man sich bei OptionsPlus in seinem Benutzerkonto einloggen ? Oder ist das aktuell in der BETA VErsion noch nicht vorgesehen ?

    Add Skype as an application just like you have Zoom or Team for MX Master 3. I've done this by key customization, but it'll be good for every user.

  15. The scroll response is weird in MX master 3

    The scroll wheel of Mx master 3 mouse is really weird. It doesn't reflect the user's movement and behavior. I think the frequency of tracking scroll wheel is the problem, which is might be set to too low. The MX master 3's scroll wheel problem should be addressed and solved since it's the most expensive mouse among all the Logitech mouse.

  17. Anzeigen des Falschen Tastatur Layouts

    Das Tastatur Layout sollte dem Layout der Tastatur entsprechen z.B. eine Angeschlossene QWERTZ Tastatur sollte als QUERTZ Tastatur und nicht als QWERTY Tastatur im Programm angezeigt werden.

  18. Stuck "Downloading"

    Initial (purple) screen spins for 20-30 seconds before resolving to the (white) greeting screen that the devices to manage should appear on. However, two placeholders stating "Downloading" spin perpetually and never bring up devices. In my case, the keyboard and mouse.

  20. option to automatically apply settings to all devices of the same kind

    I'm not sure if this feature already exists and I just overlooked it (or maybe this is the default setting?), but being able to apply settings I chose for one device to all devices of the same kind would be great! I have a setup at home and the office, so ideally any changes made to my keyboard and mouse at one location would apply to the others.
