  3. MIssing Features

    This new Options+ are missing features that the old Options included:
    - Option to have any changes to my buttons apply to all applications.
    - Side buttons are missing option to change pointer speed/profiles.

    Will these be fixed or should i just revert back to the original LogiOptions?

    Middle button doesn't open a new tab when click on a link. That happens on Opera browser. Yesterday it was working fine.

  5. 164MB background memory use w/o UI

    I'm a little surprised about memory use. Is there a ticket to reduce background process use to below 100 MB? >160 MB for a no-UI background utility seems excessive given function and prior generation using 65MB.

    On Monterey 12.0.1 / M1 Mini / + 0.60.3677 with MX Keys and MX Master 2S connected:
    LogiOptions+ (Background) — 164 MB!
    Logi Option Daemon — 66 MB
    LogiPresentation — 34 MB
    (if launched) LogiOptions+ UI — 70 MB + 226MB + 52 MB for the two helper/renderer processes + a helper process for this feedback window

  6. Frustrated

    I had/have MX2 and it was constantly losing connection and I had to use the track pad, I bought a MX3 thinking it was the mouse but still not working, tried with Bluetooth and USB thing , horrible Dell Laptop Vostro

  7. Mouse disables certain settings

    The mouse seems to deactivate its settings a few minutes after closing this app. Sometimes even when the app is running the mouse's horizontal scroll wheel does not work in any app.

  8. Backlight Timer

    Guys, I first want to say i absolutely love your product. It has without a doubt made my week immensely easier. I use the mouse and keyboard everyday and the battery life is amazing. I did have one idea, sometimes when its late and I reach for the keyboard, it isnt easy to see in the dark. I thought maybe being able to set a timer on the backlight would be easy and convenient.

  10. Mouse showing inactive and other issue

    Why does it show Inactive when the mouse is connected,

    Also after not working on it for like 2 days and if the mouse is left on, when its picked up again, the pointer speed goes to 20%. This issue is since the beginning.

  12. Mouse and keyboard not shown in Options+

    One laptop didn't update and didn't show my mouse anymore. After reinstalling options+, it updated to the latest version, but now both my mouse and keyboard are not shown in Options+. I have removed them in Logitech Unifing software and add them again. They still are not shown in Options+

  15. Keyboard not following mouse when using FLOW

    When using flow. They keyboard take longer or in some cases does not follow the device the mouse has switched to.

    For example. I was on PC1 then I moved my mouse towards PC2. The mouse moved to PC2 but the keyboard was still connected to PC1. The the keyboard to move to PC2 the mx master 3 mouse needed to go back to PC1 then back to PC2. Or manually change using the device switch keys on the mx keys

  16. Logitech, logi, logi tech, logitek, l0g1t3k is a mess for the end user with multiple logitech devices. goodbye

    it's very frustrating that the logitech ergo keyboard is not supported in Logi Options+

    All logitech devices should be unified under one app. I have maybe 8 input devices, keyboards, mice, trackball, cameras, headset, and they require 4 different apps to use correctly. Today i uninstalled all but logi tunes for my cameras since I need that for class zoom/teams meetings, and logi options+ for my mx meyboard and mouse which I recently spent ofer $200 on. So, I keep my $100+ ergo keyboard in the closet since its not compatable with logi options+ and I do not want to…

  17. Flow from Mac to PC okay, but from PC to Mac not working

    I have a Mac (Monterey) and a PC (Windows 10) connected with Flow and the mouse easily goes from the Mac to the PC, but it won't go back the other way. Both machines have version 0.60.3677 installed.

  19. Logitech, Logi is a mess for the end user

    the logitech apps are very annoying. I've usually turned to logitech for all my input devide needs, but I am becoming very disappointed with the unification of all the devices and apps on logitech's end. On my win 11 desktop, I have logitech options, logi options+, logi tune, logi bolt that recommended itself to be installed but has no use on my end, and the unifying usb receivers constantly need unplugged and plugged back in every single day it seems becaus my mouse and keyboard lose contact.   20. MX Master device inactive after sleep

    MX Master 3 is not detected after sleep and says it's inactive, despite the mouse is connected.

    I've tried unpair it and pair it again, but no luck.
