   Wieso wird mein Keyboard nicht erkannt? Ich erhalte immer noch die Fehlerabstürze mit der Meldung: "Der Dienst "Logitech Solar Keyboard Service" wurde unerwartet beendet. Dies ist bereits 34 Mal vorgekommen. Folgende Korrekturmaßnahmen werden in 5000 Millisekunden durchgeführt: Neustart des Diensts." - Was muss ich machen um diesen Fehler zu beheben?

7. 以前報告した不具合のその後

   以前Firefoxの設定が無視される・できないと書いた者ですが、原因らしきものが分かりました。
   よく見ると、他のアプリに設定したプリセットがFirefoxに上書きされており、そのアプリのアイコンはそのままで、名前がFirefoxに変わっていました。
   つまり、自分が何度も設定しようとしていたFirefoxとは別にそれが存在しており、そちらが優先されていたため発生していた不具合だったようです。
   そちらを削除しても、Firefoxを再登録しようとすると、また別アプリのアイコンのほうが優先されるため、諦めてそちらの設定を変更したら解決しました。

    맥미니 사용 중입니다. 이상하게 로그온 때는 숫자키패드가 작동되는데. 로근 온 이후에는 작동이 않되고 방향전환 같은 이상하게 작동합니다..

13. Flow does not work with MX Keys keyboard

    I am using An MX Master 3 mouse and an MX Keys keyboard. Flow does not work for the keyboard at all. The Options+ website lists that Flow should be supported by both devices.

14. Lösung/ Verbesserung

    Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
    in letzter Zeit (nach Update) verliert die Vorwärts/ Rückwärtstaste ihre Funktion. Die Tasten funktionieren ca. 15 - 20 Minuten und auf einmal ist die Funktion weg. Starte ich dann Logitech Options (ohne Login) dann funktioniert alles wieder einwandfrei. Des Weiteren wäre eine Akku- Anzeige unter Win10, ohne Logitech Option zu Starten eine echt tolle Sache. Der Akku ist echt super, nur das 3 mal kurz blinken vor dem "Aus" ist nicht so gut gelöst. Die Maus MX Master 3 ist auf jeden Fall ein gelungenes Produkt! Weiter so!

15. MacOS login issue

    FLOW still needs a bit of work regarding loggin into macOS. I work on two systems - Windows 10 and macOS Catalina - and would like to use my MX Master and Keys combo for both. When starting up both systems, I have no problem logging into PC, but for the mac I need to plug in a separate keyboard to log in... OR am I doing something wrong? Cheers

16. Benötigte Software/Treiber

    Hallo Logi Support!
    Ich verwende MX keys for Mac und MX Master 3 for Mac uznd habe auf meinem MacBook sowohl LogiOptions als auch LogiOptions+ ( und einige Systemerweiterungen) installiert. Können Sie mir bitte sagen, welche Erweiterungen/Programme ich deinstallieren kann? Ich vermute hier ein paar Redundanzten ;-9

19. SmartShift setting issue when app updates

    Hello, every time the Logi Options+ app for MacOS gets a new update the SmartShift setting resets automatically from "Free spin" to "Ratchet". Is there a way to preserve the setting between app updates (so I don't need to change this setting every time the app updates)? Thank you.
