Flow disconnecting and reconnecting
I have the MX Master 3 mouse connected to both a Mac and a laptop with Windows 10. I have Logi Options+ running on both and flow turned on on both. For a number of months, it was working fine, but now the laptop says that the Mac is disconnected. It becomes connected for a short time and then disconnects again. I have checked the FirmwareUpdateTool and it shows the firmware as up to date. I have checked that the port is not blocked and that the firewall allows logitech.

Premiere Pro has no shortcuts avaialble.
When I add in Premiere Pro as an option, there are no app-specific shortcuts that I can program to the MX Master 3. Photoshop shortcuts and other apps load fine but nothing shows up for Premiere Pro. I purchased this mouse for using with Premiere like I saw many people online. Is it still compatible?

macOS Apple Silicon support for Options+
Hello,
Happy holidays and new year for the whole Logitech team. I just want to ask is Logi Options/Logi Options+ going to publish macOS App with Universal binaries anytime soon? App on M1 chips a bit slow to start up and not really responsive and having much larger impact on the battery what it could be.

can't have both options and options plus at same time
will have to remove options + becuase I added a craft keyboard and had to use options which made my settings on the mouse go away and the duolink fn to mouse settings not work as well

Windows 11 wireless lag
Hi,
Since the upgrade to Windows 11, I have lot of problem with my wireless mouse and keyboard they are constantly lagging. Sometime it's annoying but usable but sometimes it's totally unusable as there is like 5-8 sec delay on keyboard and the mouse is teleporting from one side of the monitor to the other, sometime it's not working at all, just have to wait...
With windows 10 I never had this kind of problem.I don't have any problem with the same mouse/keybord on my MacBook connected with bluetooth.
I already tested with the old Logitech Option too, but…

Caps/Num Lock Graphic Position
The Caps/Num/etc Lock on/off graphic appears partially off screen on right monitor. Left monitor, appears perfectly.

Wanted feature, backlight always on
A lot of users, me included, want the option to keep the backlighting always on, even if used wirelessly. There's a well-known bug, or something that's happening that makes the keyboard light up by itself even if your hands are nowhere near it. It's very distracting, backlight always on would remedy the problem somewhat

.7 on MacOS 12.1 gets hung up and consumes resources
See app get stuck using excess resources and have to force quit. MacOS 12.1 and .7 Logi
Have to force quit it from Activity monitor.

Logitech Flow does not work with compatible Logitech keys Keyboard
Keyboard (Logitech Keys) doesnt switch when I use Logitech Flow. Mouse (Master MX 3) does switch but keyboard does not. Siwthc is from a PC to windows, and vice versa. Could you please help me with this issue?

Logi Options+ Excel COM Addin issues
When using the MX3 with Logi Options+, in Excel 365 clicking on a cell sometimes selects the cell next to it (usually to the left, but not always) instead of the cell the pointer is on. Removing LogiOptionsPlusExcelAddin from Excel's COM Add-ins does fix this issue completely, so it's clearly a Logi Options+ issue. This was never an issue with the MX1 and Logitech Options (as far as I know).

MS Excel no custom features
I'm unable to create custom features/ button clicks in MS Excel. it says that the Plug-ins failed to install. i had this on another PC and was able to install them perfectly fine.

Hide unsupported devices
Is there an option to remove/hide unsupported devices? This device is not even connected, it is switched off. Please add an option to hide/show them. Thank you
