Flow disconnecting and reconnecting

I have the MX Master 3 mouse connected to both a Mac and a laptop with Windows 10. I have Logi Options+ running on both and flow turned on on both. For a number of months, it was working fine, but now the laptop says that the Mac is disconnected. It becomes connected for a short time and then disconnects again. I have checked the FirmwareUpdateTool and it shows the firmware as up to date. I have checked that the port is not blocked and that the firewall allows logitech.

    Exact same problem MX Master 3 mouse for Mac, using it for Mac Mini and a Dell Windows 10 laptop. In the Logi Option+ program, on Windows, in the Flow page, the mac computer keeps showing between Connected and Disconnected and blinking between black and green like a Christmas light. Any ideas why and how to fix it?
