  1. 更新软件后自动开启Flow带来麻烦

    我在更新logi options+后发现鼠标移动到屏幕左侧就会切换到另一台连接的电脑，这给我带来很大麻烦。直到我在另一台电脑发现鼠标移动到屏幕右侧又会切换回这台电脑，我才意识到更新软件后我的Flow功能自动打开了。这花了我很多时间，我认为更新后应该保持原来的设置，而不是自动打开一个设置。

  2. Keyboard output errors

    I have an issue where my MX Keys (M/N YR0073) will appear. For example, if I press L, ld appears or if I press enter, it goes down a line and then another line the / appears on the next line. The problem occurs on a few other keys with various combinations.

    There seems to be no fix for this and it is very annoying. This occurs on MacOS, iPadOS and Windows 11 as well as over bluetooth and unifying receiver.

    You should update the Lift Option + so it will stay connected/active even after few minutes idel.

  6. App-specific pointer settings not displaying in GUI

    I'm experiencing an issue with my Logitech MX Ergo, but i suspect it might be an issue with Logi Options+ more broadly on the software side (not my specific hardware). If I add an application to configure app-specific mouse button behavior, the mouse BUTTON settings for that specific app inherits the POINTER settings from the general "all apps" configuration. If a change the speed of the mouse pointer for all apps and I haven't added any app-specific settings to the POINTER settings, the pointer speed in any app where i've customized the BUTTON settings for will remain unchanged.   9. Battery status not shown well on MacOS bluetooth menu

    Mouse battery life is not well synced in MacOS (shows 5% after full charge while in app settings are ok)
    Macbook Air M1, Mac OS Ventura with Logi Option+ both fully updated

  10. Stop lagging and suddenly unpairs(loose all custom button funtions)

    oh man, using mx master 3. it's lagging so bad while moving cursor. Did you guys do something in the software update? I guess y'all want us to buy latest mx master...

  11. Sensitity for gestures MX Ergo

    MX Ergo, Gestures "Pan" on the mac is not sensitive enough to be useful. Scrolls much to slow. Either this is a bug or an option to adjust the sensitivity is missing.

    어제부터 갑자기 블루투스가 꺼져 있다고 하며
    기기 연결이 안되고 잇는데 방법이 있을까요??

    Hi, your Logi Options+ version 1.29.6100 is sucking the CPU (in OSX Catalina Version 10.15.7); 200-400%. Could you please look into the issue?

  16. Logi products wont update on bolt

    The options+ simply will not update the firmware on the MX master 3s mouse or the MV master keys keyboard when connected via a bolt receiver. There are many stories in the forum on this but no answers. Its been over 6 months please fix this now.

  17. App-specific button mappings often don't work

    The app-specific customizations do not always work and it is frustrating. I end up wasting time because my MX Master 3S mouse won't do the Outlook specific actions I mapped to the buttons and instead uses the global settings. Maddening. This makes it hard for me to recommend this mouse to others and I would definitely switch if a more reliable mouse came on the market.

  18. Keep having to reload app to get shortcuts and button assignments to work

  19. floating mouse drives me nuts!

    My idea is to make this mouse NOT FLOAT around the screen so much. Either it ignores my hand entirely or cannot find the target because it floats right by. I've tried changing speed - just makes it worse. Any suggestions?
