Update MX Ergo
Please update the MX Ergo to charge with USB-C, connect via Bolt, come in a light color to match the MX Mechanical Mini for Mac, and have better feature parity with the MX Master 3S for Mac. Thank you :)

I just wanted to let you guys know how much I appreciate your products especially the wave keyboard and the M510 mouse I have been working with tech for almost 40yrs I am a pc tech, your quality and engineering design is second to none thank you for the attention to detail I also have the Z-5300e THX speakers that I like very well. If I ever think of something to tell you an idea on I will contact you thanks again.

Same custom gesture functions for several programs
I like the custom functions for specific programs with the gesture button, but I am a professional designer and often need to update my programs that come as a complete new program and I don't use the old one anymore and that makes my gesture buttons unusable.
Maybe I can use the same custom functions for several programs, so that I can add different versions of the same program to the same custom gestures.1 vote -

Please add "Lock" on MX Master3S(Options +)
this drives me crazy a hundred times everyday. I feel like I upgraded my MX Master 3 to 3S for absolutely nothing. this could be a downgrade for real. I myself am in SW industry and this cannot be a hard job. so please add "Lock" on MX Master 3S. I'll leave one feed back weekday.

LogiOptions+ crashing after Mac wakes from sleep
Logi Options+ recurrently becomes unresponsive for me after my Mac wakes from sleep (in both clamshell and normal laptop mode). The mouse and keyboard still work but I notice this issue as the customised functions (e.g. mouse additional buttons) stop working on my mouse and the CPU demand is often over 200%! I attach a screenshot of Activity Monitor showing the high CPU usage. This is happening with the MX Keys Mini and MX Master 3 on a MacBook Pro M1, running OS13.0.1. Infinite Loading + Reinstall
Hiya! I really like this program, but it's still buggy. Sometimes it will just spin and spin and spin, then never actually load. I've had to uninstall and redownload four times just so my mouse works correctly. It makes me wish my mouse was mechanically programmed instead of relying on software. It's frustrating. I can imagine you guys have plenty of bugs, but the latency/500 failure is irritating.

Not working after sleep or idle of hours
Come on guys, have you used this Options + yourself? It makes my MX Master 3 unusable because all configuration is not working after machine goes to sleep and I have to restart the app couple minutes. It worked well with Options so if Options + is a trash why remove Options' support for MX Master 3 so fast? Really? This is a terrible experience.

What is Logitech doing? This app keeps crushing in MacOS Ventura after machine go to sleep and wake up and I have seen so many people complain about it in reddit. Since Options + is a trash, why remove support for MX Master 3 in Options so quickly? Now my mouse is literally unusable because of Options + crushing issue. Come on guys! Use it for one yourself before every release and you will see.

Switch mouse and keyboard by pressing a key
