Mouse side buttons not working
I bought a new Logitech mouse (M650L) for a new computer because I could use Bluetooth to connect instead of USB. Loaded the software and set the side buttons to control volume up and down.
They only work some of the time, and whenever I hit the volume down button it changes to the screen to the last page i was viewing.
i've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software but nothing helps. Anyone else have this problem? Thanks for any help.1 vote -

copy and past keys not working
I just bought the mouse model master mx 3s The keys for confugurating copy and paste are not working. I can't either congigurate them in any other suggested way

Sticky rollerball, no way I've tried works
Better rollerball materials are needed or instructions for cleaning same should be in product instructions. So far, over the past 7 years I have bought 4 new M575s simply because of rollerball sticking. My hands are at normal cleanliness levels, don't eat while using the rollerball, and the atmosphere where they have been used are normal household....I have tried various methods to clean the rollerball - plain washing, dry lubricants of various brand always carefully tending to the socket as well...Nothing works that I can find.

Backlighting needs to have a constant on option
It would be great if the keyboard backlighting stayed on. I work in a very light room with overhead lighting, which means the keyboard backlighting goes off automatically, but the glare from the overhead lighting casts a shine over the keys and makes them difficult to see. When the backlighting is on, this shine is diminished and the keys are clearer, but it it can't stay on as the environment is too light and no setting allows me to change this. Anything you can do about this? I realise it has to do with battery life, but I would prefer…

Hide release notes
Don't show release notes when opening the app.
I only ever open the app if I want to know the state of the battery of the keyboard and/or mouse. I really don't care about the release notes. Specially if its concerning support for new devices that I don't own.

Launch app everytime laptop go sleep
The app should stay open all the time. It bothers me to wake it up everytime i switch between laptops. Custom features don't work until app is waken

MX Master 3S: Side Scroll Not Working
Every single day, I have to force close all logi options processes and relaunch, turn my mouse off and back on then change the side scroll option to something else then back to side scroll just to get it working. This is a $150 mouse that should not be having these issues. Please, this has been an issue for years with these mice, this is awful. I just want my baby boy to work, my baby boo, my favorite mouse, its held together with duct tape and broken promises.

Went from a MX3 with no issues to a MX3s that lags like **** every other minute. Sort it out, when I spend £80 on a mouse this shouldnt happen!!!!!!!!!!!!

S**T software
I wish this software wasnt so rubbish it really lets your products down, forget AI it is a waste of your time, focus on making the thing work properly I often get the spinning wheel for ever when I open (this has been going on for 2-3years now with no fix not even a work around) and have to uninstall and re-install and since you cant be bothered to sync settings like you used to I have to set it all up from scratch again

Mx Master 3s
I have Mx Keys and Mx Master 3s. I connect to my pc with receiver. There is lag when using mouse. The mouse is not smooth. First I thought that problem with my windows, but I have tried on different PC. Same result. I have tried several fixes like turned off usb power save, and etc. No luck. The mouse is not smooth. Even cheapest wired mouse smoother.

Logi AI prompt Builder should not be enabled by default
Hi,
I was quite unhappy to find Logi AI Prompt Builder running in the background after a recent update, especially because it was ranking quite high on processor usage.
I never enabled this, it was enabled by default, and yet I couldn't use it because Logi Options + requires you to manually set it up first - so it's disabled, but not really, and it's doing a lot of something, but nothing for me.
AI usage is under quite a critical lens at the moment globally. I make use of some products so I'm not opposed in a vacuum, but…

Finora funziona tutto egregiamente. Un pò difficile solo trovare i programmi per poter utilizzare il mouse in maniera differente dalle impostazioni predefinite di windows come ad esempio giochi vengono lanciati da Steam, Ubisoft o Xbox.
