Bluetooth konnte plötzlich nicht mehr verbunden, muss von der Maus entfernen und es in einem USB stecken, dann funktioniert die Bluetooth-Verbindung. Wünsche mir, dass die USB in der Maus bleiben, damit es problemlos mit Bluetooth verbunden werden könnte. - Bin gehörlos und am besten per E-Mail erreichbar. Besten Dank für Ihr Verständnis.1 vote -
Double click and triple click configurations for additional buttons
Can we get double click functions for the additional buttons on mouses? Especially for MX series, which are meant for practicality and functionality, that is an easy way to double the functionality of the mouse.

MX keys mini being sent back for return
How is it possible in this MX Keys Mini keyboard for my mac that you do not have the ability to adjust the backlighting length of being on or choose always on??? It's impossible for me to see this when I am working at night, have tried multiple nights in a row. Sending back for refund.

Single click becomes double click, drag loses object
Hi, I have done the recent update to Logi Otions+. I am sorry to tell you that your software is still very ***. Single clicks are double clicks, drag does not work right and causes a big nuisance. In your release notes, you say you have fixed some drag and drop issues, but apparently, it is not yet fixed. The best solution I have now is to shut down Logi Options+ or just not let it start with windows. I am sorry, if I sound rude, but, if extra options don't work, it is less of a pain, but…

Change the scrolling to prevent this.
Your mouse causes web pages to move spontaneously to the top of the page and to jump around on the page. Changing to another brand of mouse eliminates the problem.

foundamental problem
Macでマウス，キーボードを２台ずつ使用しています．
まず，logicool optionのアプリが正常に起動せず，デバイスの設定が読み込まれないことが多々あります．
このとき，アプリを再インストールするまで状況が改善しないため，その度に再設定していました．
アカウントを作成して，そのアカウントに設定を記憶させれば，再インストールしたとしても再設定はする必要が無くなると思い，アカウントを作成したのですが，設定は記憶されていませんでした．
御社の商品は非常に良くできていて，自分の好みに色々設定できるため，長年愛用しているのですが，アプリの出来が悪く非常にストレスを感じています．
Macのマウスのスクロールはご存じの通り非常にクセがあり，外部アプリによる調整が不可欠です．

Have a problem this app
Approximately every 2-3 weeks there is a problem with the application, it won't open. Because of this, my keyboard and mouse are not working in the settings I want. I have to delete and re-download and adjust every time. What is the reason for this? Because it is a frustrating and time consuming problem.

Olá pessoal, tenho um teclado mx keys s e um mouse M720. Seria possível incluir uma opção que ao clicar nas teclas easy switch de 1 a 3 que o mouse alternasse automaticamente junto com o teclado?

Use F1-3 as device switchers, other F keys as standard
I have the K780 Keyboard.
For the F keys I'd like to have the option to use them as standard F keys, except for F1,F2,F3 where I want them to switch between devices as the behaviour. Current options only let me have all standard F keys or all alternative functions.

Worst connection!
Awful application! I just bought a brand new keyboard MX Keys S and Options+ can't find the keyboard. It works, but I can't customize it. If I connect it via Bluetooth - it works just fine. I want to use the bolt receiver but I can't.....

Bug Feedback
The software is disabled after the computer is resuscitated from sleep, at which point so set up personal configurations for MX keys and MX master 3S are disabled.
Restarting the software does not solve any problems. The process must be terminated and restarted.
Very bad experience.

add name for devices that is show in main view of the app.
I have 2 same keyboards. one at home and one at office. it would be nice to see the device name that user can set for it or some id to identify them from each other.

Logi Options+ doesn't work when Macbook wakes
I am currently using MacOS Sequioa and the Logi Options+ app fails to work every time my macbook goes to sleep.
Each time, I have to manually open the app for the Macbook to remember and apply the settings to my MX3 Mouse and Keyboard
I am always on the latest firmware and software updates for my Logitech devices and macbook2 votes -
Flow not working everyday
after re-install the V1.82.618412, Flow is never working the next day (today).
Sme day is working but it's very rare
The local network is perfect because both Logi ptions+ are reacting on the other Mac Pro. Receiver are well recognized on both macpros sitting at 60cm frpm the keyb & mouse.I'm bored to have to swap manually, link keyboard is selected MX Keys.

with this demo is making the keyboard and mouse extremely slow. it's not user friendly at all. this is totally useless on the application
