  1. App crashs, and need reboot to get back

    The app keeps crashing.
    From time to time, the custom settingins stop working. When that happens, I try to open the app, but it won't finish loadind... It gets stuck at the loading screen, just as the screenshot 01, attached.
    The only way I can get it to work again is to manualy shut down, trough the task manager, both the foregroung and background tasks (Screenshots 2 and 3).
    After that the app launchs back and load the device selection screen. I only have one Mx Master 3, but it show as if I had paired 3 (Two inactive, and…

  2. No controls to enable/disable keys

    Have controls for other keys that can be enabled/disabled visible in the main window similar to how customizing F-keys.
    Examples:
    Caplocks: Enable/disable
    Windows Key: Enable/disabled
    Scroll lock: Enable/disabled

    This concept could also be used for less commonly used keys or keys that can be customized to other features/links.

  3. Fully assignable keyboard (like G-series)

    Can we open up more keyboard customization? The F-keys are not enough. There are extra keys above the number pad that can be used (calculator/screenshot/menu). In general if there can be a fully customizable key configuration that would be awesome - similar to what you can do in the gamer series of mice/keyboard.

  6. Removal of old mouse software

    In the opening screen where it shows connected devices, it is showing the earlier version of the MX mouse which I no longer have. Apparently the software for it is still in my device manager. How do I go about deleting it?

    Can't connect my MX Master 3 for Mac. It was "inactive". Rebooted, reinstalled Logi Options+ but it doesn't work.

  10. sonido se engancha al 100% y no baja

    cuando uso la tecla de subir sonido /F12 queda "enganchado" el sonido en 100% y a partir de ese momento no se puede bajar el sonido. La unica solución es reiniciar...

    ¿Qué solución tiene esto? ¿Cómo evitar que ocurra esto y pueda subir y bajar el sonido?

  11. MX MASTER 3 MAC disconnects and can't reconnect

    Once again it has disconnected which will probably require a restart or something. Please can we fix this? Please let me know what info you need, if any.

  12. Backlight does not turn off in strong ambient light

    Hi, I have a little suggestion on functions. I would appretiate if there was a button in the settings, that controls the automatic backlight disabling when there is too much light in the room as it sometimes works, and sometimes does not. What would also be a really cool feature is a battery measure in percent.

  15. マウス挙動異常

    マウスカーソルがLenovo E531 から IdeaPad S540 に移動する時、マウスを動かしにて画面端行くのですが、その時にマウスカーソルが画面端に張り付くような挙動を見せた後にS540に行きます。逆も同様にマウスカーソルがE531に戻ってから、マウスを画面中心にむけて僅かに動かしても反応がなく、画面端に張り付きます。

    この張り付きから離れる為に、毎回大きくマウスを動かす必要があります。マウスを早く動かすと、PC間移動を確実にすることが出来ます。しかし、マウスをゆっくり（1.5cm/Sec.)動かすと画面端に張り付いて固着します。

    従ってE531では一旦画面端にマウスカーソルを貼り付けてしまうと、マウスを大きくかつ高速で反対方向に動かさないと画面端から脱出不可になります。
    画面端にあるアイコンやスタートボタンを操作したい時、しばしばこの状況に陥り操作が非常に面倒になります。尚、この症状はideaPad S540では出ていません。

    Logitech Optionsにあった不感帯の設定が"+"になってから無くなったようですが復活させてください。この設定はスタートボタンの操作に効果的でした。

    別件ですが、スリープからの復旧が全然駄目です。両方のPCとも、ショートカットアイコンをクリックしても、Youtubeのサムネを押しても、例えばxxx.htmlなんて出たりします。

  16. error in connection

    the connection between the mouse and the computer is broken Increasingly. Only restarting the machine will help.

  19. win11, M560 not recognized by Options(+)

    Running on Windows 11, the M560 mouse on a unifying receiver is not recognized by the Options or Options+ software. Mouse works fine as such but it's not possible to assign functions to the mouse buttons.

  20. battery indicater and current status

    There should be an option to get the charging percentage of the device both mouse and keyboard.
    Atleast through app/desktop app it should be allowed to monitor.
    also just like you have an option to indicate battery low notification, please support an option of battery full notification once its completely charged.
