2. Side scroll mapped to volume only works if LogiOptions+ window is opened. Even if minimized, the volume control stops working.

   Issue where LogiOptions+ window has to be open in order for my computer to know that side scroll on my MX Master 3s is supposed to control volume. The minute I either close or even minimize the application, windows doesn't recognize the mouse side scroll as volume control.

3. fn+Volume Up or Down gets stuck repeating

   on K860, on Windows 11, Options+ 1.78.588966, repeatedly hitting fn+Volume Down or fn+Volumn Up occassionally (multiple times daily) repeats infinitely and the volume goes to 0 or 100 and cannot be changed until the keyboard is turned off.

5. modifier keys for easy switch

   I love my keyboard, but i need you guys to add one thing. I use my keyboard for both Mac and Windows, and the easy-switch keys are awesome.

   One thing though: I'm usually using the third profile for work, and the first profile for my pc. Its really annoying that switching to profile 1 doesnt require a modifier-key to switch, while swithing to another profile does require the function key to be pressed. I want the easy switch to require a modifier key regardless of what profile it is.

7. Logi Flow - do not switch screen on mousedown

   Hello everyone

   I love Logi Flow, it works relliably and smooth, also most of the time the switch happens in under half a second, which is great. Only on Mac it takes a bit longer, but this is due to apple not having LAN (adapter..).

   I was wondering when I dragged a window to the edge of the screen to resize it and my mouse changed the screen.

   Would it be possible to have an additional option, like “Change screen only when CTRL is pressed”, just instead like “Do not change screen while mouse is pressed”.

   But ill give Logi Flow it 5/5 anyways :)

8. Select what mutes the mic: PowerToys or Win11

   Support selecting between Microsoft PowerToys Conference Mute and Windows 11 Alt+Win+K system-wide microphone mute when pressing the mute key on the keyboard, only PowerToys is installed on Win11. This would allow to match the OSD with the correct state, or even both. It would fall back on Win11, if PowerToys isn't installed on a Win11 system supporting system-wide mic mute, otherwise it would fall back to PowerToys.

10. customized buttons go back to factory setting

    the programed buttons go back to factory setting after a couple of weeks. i turned mouse on and off, reinstall option+, etc. nothing i can do to fix this glitch. please patch this bug.

11. easy switch on MX devices

    Would be really great to allow setting to switch MX Keys and MX Master 3 mouse reciever to different channel directly from keyboard. unfortunately the "easy-switch" located at the bottom of the mouse is very annoying and not "easy" to use at all when you need to switch between hosts often. Thank you!
    There are allready some community hacks here, but not so efficient... This would be great to allow to set it trouch Options+ that you want also switch mouse channel when switching device on keyboard so would run out-of-the-box on any device....

12. OPTIONS Blind to BRIO

    I hardly know where to begin:
    Running MAC OS Sonoma 14.5 all updated.
    1) LOGITECK OPTIONS: On the Application settings page, at the top is a link: SEE RELEASE NOTES--link does not work.
    2) The robo-chat just tried to take me thru the troubleshooting process. After asking me for the sereal number, the first instruction is "USING THE SWITCH ON THE BOTTOM OF THE CAMERA....." There is no switch on the camera to turn OFF then ON again. Clearly the left hand that makes the troubleshooting steps does not talk to the right hand with the sereal numbers. It just makes your company look like clumsy teens. So now i have a ticket number and must wait for.....i don't know what.

    Bitte schaffen Sie doch eine Möglichkeit bei der MX Keys S-Tastatur den Status der Num-Lock Taste per LED oder so anzuzeigen. Im Moment kann man beim Anmelden in Windows nicht erkennen, ob der Nummernblock aktiveiert ist oder nicht.

14. Keyboard shortcuts stopped working for mouse buttons

    After the latest update to 1.78.588966 all my keyboard shortcuts assignments to my mouse buttons stopped working and they input a text into my apps instead of executing the shortcut. For example, I have a "Cmd + [" shortcut assigned to back button on mouse for Slack application (which should go back to the previous place) and now it just places "[" character into the chat. Another big issue is that I can't fix the keyboard shortcut and fix the issue, because when it waits for my input, it only reads special keys like Cmd, Option, Shift, but not the other keys combined with them. When I stop pressing the special key, it just saves this special key as my "combination". The whole experience of Logitech is now totally broken for me!
    I'm on a macOS 14.5. My mouse is MX Vertical.

15. Export und Import von Profilen

    Es wäre toll, wenn man für ein Programm mehrere Maus-Profile anlegen könnte. Das ist für Cloud-Gaming wichtig.
    Ich lege mir für die Spiele gerne Shortcuts auf die zusätzlichen Maustasten und die sind ja für jedes Spiel unterschiedlich.
    Wenn ich so ein Profil wenigstens einfach exportieren und wieder importieren könnte, würde das schon helfen.

17. Scroll Direction Preference sometimes not kept when resuming from hibernation, Win 10

    I had a problem with the previous version (Logi Options) that I now find carries over to the new version (Logi Options+): I use the Logi Options+ to set the direction of my scrolling to INVERTED. Yet SOMETIMES (but not always) when I resume from a hibernated state, my windows 10 desktop (fully updated) often reverts the scrolling direction back to standard. I must then manually open the Logi Options+ app and by doing so that triggers the change of my scroll direction preference back to "inverted". I don't even have to open the settings - merely opening the Logi Options+ app is enough to reset the scroll direction back to my preferred "inverted" state. As I mentioned previously, I had this same problem with the previous (original) version of Logi Options and had reported it several times but never got a response. I also called Logitech support several times about this and all they would tell me is to simply uninstall and reinstall - which I did several times but that never resolved the problem. Now the new version (Logi Options+) is released but the old problem still persists. What's bizarre about this is that it doesn't happen every time I resume from hibernation, but only some of the time.

20. mx master 3s mouse request

    love my mx master 3s mouse for mac.

    please please please make it possible to export/import button settings between mice. even if it were to be limited to mice of the same model, it would be a real benefit

    just got off of a support call and was advised not to use a usb-a -> usb-c adapter for my unified receiver (for my other, older mx master 3 mouse). since my mac laptop has no usb-a port, this is sort of a silly instruction. how about you make a usb-c unified receiver?

    love my mx master 3s mouse for mac.
