Support selecting between Microsoft PowerToys Conference Mute and Windows 11 Alt+Win+K system-wide microphone mute when pressing the mute key on the keyboard, only PowerToys is installed on Win11. This would allow to match the OSD with the correct state, or even both. It would fall back on Win11, if PowerToys isn't installed on a Win11 system supporting system-wide mic mute, otherwise it would fall back to PowerToys.
