Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
ich habe im am 06.02.2021 die MX Vertical Maus bei Amazon gekauft. Ich nutze das Teil nur 2-3mal in der Woche am PC und nur für wenige Stunden. Auf Grund einer Behinderung kann ich nur mit vertauschten Maustasten arbeiten. Jetzt ist die rechte Taste total unpräzise, macht oft ungewollte Doppelklicks, vermutlich auch noch mehr. Die letzte Maus aus Ihren Produkten hat mindestens 10 Jahre gehalten und ich bin davon ausgegangen wieder ein hochqualitatives Produkt zu erhalten. Dann hat sich die Mehrausgabe von meiner kleinen Rente wohl für mich nicht gelohnt oder gibt es da eine…

Logitech Craft Unterstützung (Bin aktuell richtig verärgert)
2024-08-19 Es kann doch nicht sein, dass einer der teuersten Tastaturen (Logitech Craft) bis heute noch nicht unterstützt wird. Ich habe viele Logitech Produkte und bin auf Option+ seit release gewechselt. Habe dann gesehen wie ein Produkt nach dem anderen unterstützt wird. Aber bis heute ungefähr 2 Jahre warte ich darauf, dass die Logitech Craft unterstützt wird. Pro Kunden werden so richtig verärgert.

Feedback about MX Keys button function placement.
This is a feedback about MX Keys keyboard from a developer.
The function buttons are placed counter intuitively. I am used having the function buttons in groups of four. It makes it much easier to find the ones in the middle.
The function buttons of MX Keys are in a continuous line. This way it is hard to find the ones in the middle. (Like F7 for example)
Additionally, I am used to having F12 at the end of the button row. But now, I have the volume up button there. Also counter intuitive. I know you did this because…1 vote -

The app is failing all the time... I configured shortcuts for Figma in my MX Master 3, they worked for a while and then they stop working. I tried everything, from rewriting the shortcuts to use different adress fro reaching figma.exe and nothing works...

gestures custom setting reset after each application update
In logi options under windows 11, with mx master 3s gestures thumb button custom setting reset after each application update to the default (virtual desktops). This is VERY annoying.

Scroll function sucks
New k270 keyboard with M185 Mouse
Mouse repeatedly looses the scroll function. I have to turn mouse off then on again to regain function. I checked device management - Computer DOES NOT turn off to save power. Please advice

Smart actions with gestures
Custom gestures option does not work with smart actions correctly. I cannot choose any smart actions unless I customize the center gesture action immediately, and then when I immediately try to customize that action again, you are no longer able see smart actions as an option despite it sill be set as the action.

登出後smart actions功能失效
軟體一直被登出，導致smart actions功能就沒有反應，一個功能設定時綁帳號就算了，電腦沒關機也沒重開軟體按鈕功能就突然沒有了還以為是壞了，然後有vpi時還無法進行登入

Missing feature for mouse on logitech plus
Request to add in "Zoom reset" for mouse middle button customization on logitech plus as it is absent. The old logitech have it.
The only way currently to access to "zoom reset" on logitech plus is to customize your middle mouse button to the preset zoom.

Logi Options+ terminates shortly after Windows start-up
The Logi Options+ service attempts start-up on Windows login, but terminates immediately after, causing all configured device settings to be disabled. Settings will automatically be reapplied if I either start the "Logi Options+" service again manually or open the Logi Options+ application. Expected behavior: The service should not stop shortly after starting on Windows login.

Add programs to the LIST for button assignment
Oh, dear, I hit the ESC button and my suggestion disappeared.
We use THREE M510s and are adding a fourth, and LOVE the button assignments. One problem: we use a cojple of programs written for Win XPmaybe and they work fine in WIN10. BUT they are just .EXE files parked wherever we put them, and when we want to add button assignments, the progtrams do not show up in the List: Since they never went through the Windows IOnstall process, they do not show up.
PLEASE let us know how to addthem to your List.

Software updates stopped standard user flow
Stop screwing around with my M720 Triathlon flow!!! You "fixed" an administrator flow problem that never existed on my computers. Now flow doesn't work for windows standard users.

Turn off Settings by Default
Please make the "Caps Lock, Num Lock Scroll Lock and Fn Lock notifications" off by default. I wasted several hours trying to figure out what was causing this to suddenly appear on my screen.

Add Volume Up/Down Buttons to Keyboard Shortcuts
On normal MacOS, I can use the keyboard shortcut option + shift + volume up/down to change the volume in smaller increments.
I want to do this using a custom gesture on my MX Master 3s that preforms the keyboard shortcut, but Logi Options + doesn't let me all the volume up/down buttons to a keyboard shortcut.
Therefore, I am suggesting that there should either be an option to change the volume in smaller increments using custom gestures, or let us add the volume up/down buttons to keyboard shortcuts in custom gestures.

Seguimos sin teclado Craft, MUY MAL
Y seguimos sin compatibilidad con el teclado Craft, lo que a estas alturas me parece ya un gran problema ¿va a haberla algún día? Lo de tener dos softwares (uno para el teclado y otro para el ratón), cuando la idea era precisamente unificarlo todo, me parece muy mal, sobre todo para este hardware realmente costoso

MX Vertical mouse wore out, I prefer another design now.
Use better quality switches in the MX Vertical mouse. I had to retire mine after 4 years of use and found the double-click problem is solvable by replacing these switches with better ones. But I wasn't up for that much DUI and bought another make of vertical mouse, a Delux large which fills my hand better and is more vertical. It's corded but I can live with it. I also prefer the thumb buttons to yours. If you want my business again, make a model like it.

"Flow" is more like "Jerk"
My current experience with "Flow" for switching between a Win10 and iMac using an M720 & K850 is that it does not. Flow. I'm using with the Ctrl-key and it takes so many tries to get it to work that it's just quicker to press the mouse and keyboard quick-select buttons. Less irksome too.
BTW - neither is connected using Bluetooth.1 vote -
