  3. Poor software experience

    I hate your products anymore. I have an expensive keyboard at home (logi) that sometimes the end key and right arrow key stops working until it power it off an back on. My mouse at work (M310 so nothing too fancy) will not scroll until I can run logi options+ connect to it, and also have a successful backend connection. Which often times I get the error "backend connection problem" and it won't save the scroll setting. These issues are so basic I can't even being to understand why these would have ANY issues like this. Windows 11 and Windows…

  4. Sync settings and buggy software

    Why the actual **** do I need an account if it doesn't sync my settings?!?!?! I had to uninstall because your ****** software made my mouse not work and now I have to set everything up again!

  10. "Inactive" keyboard

    When my machine woke up and resume, My K380 keyboard goes into "inactive" model so until I forcefully kill all options related process and restart the app, my keyboard is never recognised.
    Also when I and connected to my second K380 keyboard I have, it doesn't recognise the my machine is connected to other keyboard and none of setting I stored for either keyboard works. This has been going on more than a year and I am hoping you can fix this.

  11. MIC PERMANENTLY DISABLED

    my mic is permanently muted!!! It suddenly muted, and now I can't unmute it without physical access to the keyboard. Nothing happens when clicking the menu-bar icon. it doesn't respond to anything. I can't have meetings now. please fix.

  13. Fixed problem with keyboard recognition in Logi Options+

    I fixed the problem by reinstalling the previous app Logitech Options and then navigating to Logi Options +. After that my keyboard appeared in Logi Options +.

  14. F-keys on keyboard don't work as F-keys

    My Logitech K380 keyboard doesn't show up in logi Options +. Now I can't configure my F-keys to function as F-keys. It was possible in the previous app Logitech Options. This is completely unnecessary and your 'updates' to apps with new features made a new problem for me to fix.

  18. Left clicking not working properly.

    Left clicker is continuously degrading, from not registering 20% of the clicks to currently 80%. Tried everything support has previously suggested, from firmware upgrades, battery change, reconnecting via bluetooth and dongle, to no avail.

  19. On Screen Notifications far too small

    I use a Logitech MX Keys S on Windows and Mac. When notifications are shown on screen, for example 'Caps Lock On', it is so small that it is very difficult to see what the notification is showing! The on screen notification is far too small to be of any real use. It would be much more useful if it were at least double or even better triple the size. It would then be an exceedingly good feature.
