4. Cannot use MX Keys keyboard for BIOS update

   I am trying to update my bios. My MX Keys keyboard is connected via Logi unifying receiver. When I boot up the keyboard is not recognized when hitting F2 or DEL. So there is no way to update bios.

5. I hate your software

   Here is a feature I want. I want my keyboard to work. Once configured it saves that profile to the ******* keyboard. No more of this Logitech Options *. I am honestly appalled by the absolute fuckery that is that piece of * software. Here is a list of issues:

   • Can't start. Infinite circle. BTW same ******* thing with Logitech G Hub.
   • If I connect trhough the browser I havce to use Edge. Hold the connect key for 3 seconds. Which coincidentally is also the F1 key on the mini. Opening up Help in Edge no matter if you hold down fn or not.
   • I have not formatted my PC. so why the **** is the settings on my keyboard gone.
   • Sometimes I have to start the piece of **** Logi Options+ just for the settings on my keyboard to be there.
   • All I've done different on my keyboard is switching the position of the volume keys with the home and end keys.

   And whilst all this seems like minor inconveniences which admittedly they are. I would like to remind you that I am just trying to do some work. And now I am wasting literally ******* hours trying to set the settings in Logitech Options+ again. But guess what? IT WONT EVEN LET ME DO THAT ANYMORE EITHER. And every time I restart that that piece of **** application it ******* wants me to reconnect the keyboard and it's a 50:50 chance of whether it sends me to Edge in which case I have to try again!

   I hate this piece of **** software with a burning passion.

   The keyboard is nice though. Types great. good layout and form factor. Good actuation.

   All my rage stems from the piece of **** software. And fyi. Logitech G Hub is just as trash.

6. Windows Hello

   Hello, i recently got a MX Brio webcam for myself and my new PC build.

   There is no windows hello functionality on the camera.

   I am extremely irritated about that, as i have got the top of the line webcam, and it has a disabled feature that is extremely useful and also already within the product.

   Could you please release an update for the camera to enable Windows Hello, i feel like an idiot for spending my money on your product.

9. flowについての要望

   flowについてですがマウスポインタにキーボードを追従させるだけではなくキーボードで接続先を変更した際にマウスも追従してほしいです。
   これで接続先のPCからサインアウトした場合に操作が続行できなくなった場合にいちいちマウスをひっくり返して切り替えボタンを操作する煩わしさを解消できるはずです。
   この動作はOptions+で変更できるようにしてほしいです。

10. Custom settings being forgotten

    The mouse looses the custom settings when I put my computer to sleep and reverts to default settings for the different buttons. There has to be a way to save the custom settings to stop this from happening.

12. Pebble M350s is not showing up.

    I am using a Pebble M350s mouse and although it connects successfully, the mouse does not appear in Logi Options+. I am experiencing this on Windows 11, my Macbook does not have this problem.

    I just want you to know how dissatisfied I am with this product. I just wanted simple mouse, bought this one and then discovered that the scroll wheel moves in the opposite direction of every other scroll wheel I've ever encountered. To fix it, I had to download a bloated app that makes unnecessary requests to remote servers and now I've discovered includes some kind of pseudo-AI ******** feature that's creating unnecessary directories in my home dir. This is ******* outrageous. This product is not the first item I've bought from logitech, but it will be the last. Sorry for the foul language, but sometimes it's appropriate. I hope you can sense how all of this makes me feel, and I hope you understand I'm not alone. Most users won't care, but for those who do, they'll be exactly as angry as I am. You're alienating a minority to offer a new feature to the majority that they don't care about. It makes no sense. I recommend that you change course NOW.

20. SmartShift keeps getting off itself

    What about fixing the issue on MacOS where SmartShift keeps getting disabled after a while? I mean, I can leave a laptop with no interaction for a while and when I'm back - this option is disabled. Can this be fixed? It has been there for about a year already. Was hoping you guys fix it.
