Device connected but Inactive
My logitech keyboard is connected via bluetooth but in app it is showing inactive. Problem is with function keys, I want to to be work as F1,...F12 but it is not working when it is showing inactive. This is annoying. Fix it ASAP.

All LG Mice affected - Options has severe CPU load issues
Logitech mice beomce laggy and innacurate when the CPU is under load. This does NOT mean that the system has inadequate resources, I mean that when the PC is doing LITERALLY ANYTHING other than idling, Logitech devices become laggy, innacurate and unreliable. Whatever system you have employed in Options is not working. USB dongle is right next to the mouse with clear line of site. Tested with MX3s, Triathalon etc: ALL have the same problem so the problem is in Options. MX3s is a $100 peripheral and currently unusable: Pleas fix options ASAP so we can all get back to…

Flow 切换第二台电脑再快速回到第一台电脑，键盘没回到第一台电脑。
我在使用 flow 功能，并且关联了键盘。有时候鼠标从一个电脑的屏幕移动到另一台电脑的屏幕后，马上移动会第一台电脑，此时键盘可能只会切换到第二台电脑，而不能自动再切换会第一台电脑。
希望罗技能优化此功能。
鼠标：Anywhere 2S，通过 USB 接收头连接第一台电脑，通过蓝牙连接第二台电脑。
键盘：MACHANICAL，通过 USB 接收头连接第一台电脑，通过蓝牙连接第二台电脑。

The application isn’t working properly
The application isn’t working properly — both my MX Master 3s mouse and MX Keys Mini keyboard are stuck on “configuring,” and I can’t use my custom settings. I reinstalled the application, and it worked briefly, but after restarting the computer, the devices got stuck in configuring mode again and stopped working.

Stop trying to get me to use the AI. Enough . Also why on earth would you get rid of the print screen button on buisness keyboards. we use it relgiously.

Scroll to Zoom on a Mac
An option to use the mousewheel for scrolling on a mac, in combination with a key. Similar to the mac Shift+scroll for horizontal scrolling, maybe a CMD or CTRL +scroll for zooming in and out. Maybe even with one of the keys on the MX master

Horrible experiencecompany wide using Logi Options
Logi Options has ben an absolute nightmare, shifting from Logitech Unifying. Nothing works seemlessly - support is simply flowing in . you need to make some very serious fixes to this mess. What used to work perfectly fine - ie swithing computers -now tkes the user on a frustrating rollercoaster of devices being apparently "inactive". Omg. how annoying. The entire purpose of using logitech company wide now has no meaning at all. What on earth are you guyes doing?

Transparent Notification
Hi,
When using software or a text editor, the notification panel, like the screenshot in the attachment, causes difficulties because it closes while writing. It would be better if this warning was placed transparently on the side. In other words, it should not prevent the work being done in the background. Good work.

identifying icons to distinguish devices
I have two identical logitech keyboards - one at home and one at work. I should be able to give them different names or pictures so that I know which is which when I'm checking the connections. As it is I have to remember that the one on the left is home and the one on the right is work by having a post it note stuck on the bottpm of each keyboard.

"Options" said it did not support my device and I should install "Options+". After installing "Options+", it could not find my device (M310). How about getting your support software to work properly.

flow功能使用异常
使用的鼠标是master 3s，mac和windows使用的logi options+版本均是1.92.731496，最近出现以下问题：
1、mac与win通过flow功能连接后，从mac可以正常复制文件到win；
2、但从win复制到mac时碰到此种情形：
① 如果是从win将一张图片复制到mac的聊天框，或者从win的表格中直接复制内容到mac的表格中，是可以正常使用的；
②但是如果从win直接复制文件粘贴到mac的桌面或某个文件夹中，就会一直显示XXXXX.pending格式。
尝试过：
① win重新安装了logi options+，没有恢复正常；
② 尝试更换了另一个master 3s鼠标也是同样的情况，没有恢复正常。
是否有人遇到同样的问题，并解决了的呢？可否分享一下解决方法？1 vote -
Unable to verify mouse in logi tools software
When i go to use logi tools with your signature M650L mouse, it gets hung up on verifying the device. When I get to the part where you press both left and right at the same time, the mouse goes out of pairing mode and the program freezes. Consequently I am not able to use the logi tools software to customize the mouse and I will be returning it.

Universal Tray Icon for Battery Levels of ALL wireless Logitech Devices
How about a tray icon that displays all wireless Logitech devices and their battery levels. This would save time from opening app to check something this simple. I surf my tray icons for their "behind the scenes" actions results vice opening their respectful apps. If there is a notification mark on the icon then I open the app.
I have the MX ERGO trackball
and G915 keyboard, one simple universal tray icon that polls the battery levels and give notice of attention if needed in the app.1 vote
