Sub-par products and useless support
What has happened to Logitech?! You used to make great quality products (still remember my first iPod dock) and now all you do is to spew up as much as you can and not even bother to run UAT on it before shipping out. And don't get me started on Options+. Oh my god, if I had to pay for this, I would have requested a full refund a long time ago. Terrible software mouse cursor skipping
All my logitech mice cursor skip extensively when the logi options app is open. This is horrendous and it has been happening for 3+ years. How you are still in business is beyond me. If my company was not providing the mice, I would not be using logitech.

Logi Options+ doesn't work when Macbook wakes
I am currently using MacOS Sequioa and the Logi Options+ app fails to work every time my macbook goes to sleep.
Each time, I have to manually open the app for the Macbook to remember and apply the settings to my MX3 Mouse and Keyboard

Lag on connection
for a brief moment (about 20 seconds ago) both mouse and keyboard showed disconnected in this app however a second after loading they were seen so idk if it was just lag or what but yes, still a slight issue... I guess I have to give credit to you though because I haven't had much of an issue recently. I had lots of issues last year and probably the year before but so far things are better.... thank you.

storing dongle when not in use
It would also be a good thing to be able to store the USB dongle somewhere. I'm making a bluetooth connection to most of my computers and the computer I planned on putting the dongle failed. I have no place to store the dongle so it doesn't get lost when I get the 3rd computer running again...

device configuration
It would be a good thing to be able to drag & drop the connections to different computers. for example, when I initially configured the device on the computer, I had my computer as device 1 and my tablet on device 2. When I configured it on the tablet, I had the tablet as device 1 and the computer as device 2. I couldn't figure out how to swap the devices, so I deleted everything and started over.

Logi Options+の不具合改善要望
Logi Options+が自動更新されると、Firefoxブラウザでマウスの[戻る]ボタンが機能しなくなります。Logi Options+を再インストールすると直るのですが、そうするとアプリケーション毎の設定が消えてしまうので、毎回設定し直すのが面倒です。

App will not open!
This Logitech Options+ app is TRASH. I have to re-install every 2 months so that it will keep opening. This being said, every two months, the app will not open, my mouse will not do horizontal scrolls.

Missing an indication of activity of the devices shown in the list, to ease confirming for instance which is the mouse I am currently moving, and be sure change settings on THAT mouse.

Two keyboards - unable to manage backlight separately
Issue - I have two same keyboards MX Keys (home/work) and I am unable to enable backlight only for the first (work) keyboard. The backlight checkbox is enabled on the second keyboard as well if I enable it on the first keyboard.

鼠标flow功能，如果在windows上按住ctrl移动到边缘切换到一台mac，并且直到切换结束才松开ctrl，再切换回来的时候，ctrl键盘会被一直按住。具体表现为按alt+tab无法直接切换，并且其效果和按ctrl+alt+tab一致。因此怀疑是ctrl被持续输入

【重要】ショートカット設定の予期しない初期化の問題
パソコンを起動すると、設定していたショートカットのデータが初期化されていることがあります。
クラウドへの自動バックアップ機能を無効に設定しているにもかかわらず、データが勝手に初期化され、その結果、自動バックアップの設定が再び有効化されてしまいます。
私は日常的にMX MASTER 3SとMX Keys MINIを使用しており、それらに割り当てたショートカットが非常に重要です。しかし、初期化された状態で保存されたデータが自動バックアップされてしまうため、バックアップから復元を試みても元の設定を取り戻すことができません。
そのため、手作業で使っているMX MASTER 3SとMX Keys MINIにショートカットを割り当て直す作業から1日が始まります。
本来「効率化」のためのデバイスであるはずなのに、このようなトラブルが続くと、ショートカットの設定自体が「非効率的」な作業に感じられてしまいます。
さらに、この問題が解消される兆候は見られません。
状況の発生頻度は一定ではなく、1ヶ月に1回のこともあれば、2週間に1回、酷いときには1週間に1度という頻度で発生します。
不安を抱えながら毎朝を迎える状況が続いています。
一刻も早い改善を願うばかりですが、現状では「祈ること」しかできません。1 vote -
