   Me puse en contacto con el soporte de Logitech varias veces, tanto por correo electrónico, a través de las redes sociales como a través de la comunidad dentro de su página.

   La respuesta que obtuve de la persona Alondra S fue:

   "ve y consulta con la empresa Autocad"

   una locura

   No pueden indicarme a mi que debo hacer el reclamo a la empresa Autodesk Autocad, por el mal funcionamiento del mouse MX MASTER 3 en los software REVIT 2022 y AUTOCAD 2022.

   Ese es un trabajo que deben realizar ustedes. Ustedes son los encargados de lograr que los dispositivos periféricos que ustedes producen, sean compatibles con el principal software de dibujo asistido por computadora mas importante del planeta.

   Es un falta de respeto.
   Es una pena enorme ya que tenia confianza en la empresa y sus productos Pero el soporte deja mucho que desear.

   SI NO PUEDO USAR EL MOUSE MX MASTER 3 EN EL PRINCIPAL SOFTWARE DE DISEÑO ASISTIDO POR COMPUTADORA DEL PLANETA TIERRA, ENTONCES SUS MOUSE NO SIRVEN PARA ABSOLUTAMENTE NADA

   The problem I have is that the side wheel of the MX MASTER 3 mouse does not work within the AUTOCAD 2022 software.
   Using the Logitech Options + app I assign a custom setting for the AUTOCAD 2022 software and designate the side wheel to function as "horizontal scrolling"
   Then when I use the mouse in Auotcad 2022 the wheel does not produce horizontal scrolling

   I contacted Logitech support multiple times, both via email, via social media, and through the community within their page.

   The answer I got from the person Alondra S was:

   "go and consult with the Autocad company"

   They cannot tell me that I should make a claim to the Autodesk Autocad company, due to the malfunction of the MX MASTER 3 mouse in the REVIT 2022 and AUTOCAD 2022 software.

   That is a job for you to do. You are in charge of ensuring that the peripheral devices that you produce are compatible with the main computer-assisted drawing software on the planet.

   It is disrespectful.
   It's a huge shame since I had confidence in the company and its products. But the support leaves a lot to be desired.

10. Multiple Monitor Suggestion

    This application is great, super useful as I have a work laptop and a desktop with 3 monitors running most of the day. The flow feature makes it easy to transition from one to the other. Sometimes it doesn't transition unless I press control even though I don't have that enabled. Only recommendation I would have is if if was able to recognize how many displays are being used so that the transition is smoother i.e. because I have 3 monitors if I move up on the laptop on the right side of the screen it'll transition to the monitor on the right rather than the middle one - perhaps an option to include.

15. Retraso sincronización con mayúsculas en segundo monitor.

    Cuando trabajo sobre un monitor secundario y activo las mayúsculas tengo problemas.

    Hay cierto retraso entre pulsar una tecla en ya mayúsculas y que aparezca en pantalla.

    Nota: He comprobado ya que tengo la última versión del firmware.

    nfortunately, both Logitech Options and Logi Option+ can't detect my mouse M590 and K40+ Keyboard.
    Both devices work regularly on my PC (ASUS K53SV, Windows 11), but I am not able to configure them.

    After installing the Logi Options+ my MX Keyys keyboard no longer wakes in touch, I have to press the brightness key to wake it.

20. Device toggling back immediately

    Flow only works 50% of the time. The other 50% I see my MX keys quickly flash back to the first device (from 1 back to 2). Even if I manually click 1 on MX Keys sometimes it will switch back to 2. Device 1 is on USB, 2 is BlueTooth (it has been on USB, same result). Both Windows 10.
