Ctrl Key ignored after several Minutes break
Hello
I found a Bug. If you do not use the Keyboard for 15 or 20 Minutes, the first use of the Ctrl (strg) Key (I user the key on left side) will be ignored. It’s very bad if mark text on the screen and press Ctrl+c (for copy) and your text is substitute by “c”. I’ve this several times a day.
I use Win10, Mx Keys, Mx Anywhere 3

Adobe Update + Cache Too Big
1) All data pertaining to these Logi software now weights over 2GB on my Mac. These is absolutely huge for an app that is only meant to sync my keyboard/mouse.
2) Adobe updated its apps (Photoshop, Illustrator) to now its 2022 version. My Adobe shortcuts have now disappeared. I cannot see shortcuts from my 2021 versions to copy to my 2022 version. So now I have to reprogram all, trying to remember each shortcut I have made. This is supposed to be a keyboard for professionals, Adobe updates its app each year. Asana Horizontal scroll not recognising
Hi Team,
After installing Options+ it recognised Asana application.
However it seems when I switch between application windows , it take a long time to be able use the horizontal scroll when mapped to the horizontal scroll wheel. 15-20 seconds to initiate, then works fine.
The Regular scroll wheel works fine for vertical scroll during this time.Thanks

Smooth scrolling is inconsistent
Smooth scrolling is not always work, it sometimes disables itself even activated in settings.

MX master 3 looses connection to Logi Options+ profiles and settings
Hi,
When using my MX Master 3 on my MacBook.
There's a frequent app connection issue that occurs, to resolve this I have to restart the computer, but this might not solved it.
The quickest way for me are to reinstall Logi Options+.This is most easily replicated by having to macbook go down to sleep, once woken, there's a change the Logi Options+ software settings get unavailable. The app is also stuck on a loading screen once started.
When this happens, any saved profiles/settings remain unaccessable and the mouse operates in some kind default mode.

Splash screen - no instructions
Some kind of instructions on the main interface would be helpful. Do I have to just plug in the USB hardware? Or connect via bluetooth? Enter pairing mode? "Connect" is not specific enough instructions to know what I am supposed to do next.

Tastenbelegung
Es würde sehr viel flexibilität bringen, wenn man alle Tasten neu belegen könnte.
Zum Beispiel kann man in CorelDraw eigene shortcuts erstellen. In anderen Grafikprogrammen wie Affinity Designer geht das nicht. Deswegen wäre es von Vorteil, eigene Shortcuts, ähnlich wie in der Logitech G software, anzulegen und auf einzelne Tasten zu legen.

Can't seem to remove old or inactive devices?

Mac Mini 2020 M1 MX Master 3 Bluetooth disconnect
Currently using a Mac Mini (M1) 2020 paired with MX Master 3. There are time that I lost Bluetooth connectivity for couple seconds, and it reconnects.

Ich nutze die Logitech Stream Cam für die Arbeit und kenne ich meinem Unternehmen einige, die das auch tuen. Warum ist es nicht möglich, diese auch mit Logitech Options zu steuern (zumal Unternehmen oft nur diese Logitech App erlauben)?

Double, triple click on "play/pause media"
to further build on the "play/pause" customization function, a rapid double activation ( two clicks back to back) would skip the media currently playing, almost like what the Apple Airpods have available.

MX Master 3 loses all customization frequently on wake from sleep (MacBook Pro 16" 2019)
Using an MX Master 3 on a MacBook Pro (16", 2019).
I decided to try Logi Options+ in hopes that it would solve a persistent issue I experience with the normal Logi Options software in which my mouse loses its customization and button mapping about 1 in every 5 or so times I wake my computer from sleep. Unfortunately, it still does it and it's driving me insane! I've tried Bluetooth and the wireless USB receiver with no change. Across multiple versions of macOS, no change.
