Hello Logitech team,
I’m a user of the MX Keys Mini and the MX Master 3S, and I’d like to suggest an improvement that would greatly enhance the usability and ergonomics of these otherwise excellent devices.
The keyboard features dedicated Easy-Switch buttons, making switching between paired devices incredibly convenient. However, the MX Master 3S mouse only has a single physical button on the bottom for changing channels, requiring the user to lift the mouse off the desk and repeatedly press the button to cycle through devices.
While this system works, it quickly becomes cumbersome and inefficient, especially when switching frequently…

PC-taster via Parallels vungerer ikke korrekt
Jeg kjører Windows via Parallells. Da oppfører ikke tastaturet seg som andre PC-tastatur. Cmd og Alt taster er ikke på riktig sted og tegn (bl.a. <>) er ikke der de skal.

Logtech Options+ prevents computer from shutting down. No, really.
Process C:\Program Files\LogiOptionsPlus\logioptionsplus_agent.exe is delaying system shutdown after 5031 milliseconds.
This happens every time I attempt to shut my computer down and has happened for months now. How on earth could a glorified mouse driver possibly have the authority to prevent my own computer from ever shutting down? Absolutely insane.
We are so cooked. Intelligent software development is dead.

DaVinci Resolve
2 things:
I am using DaVinci resolve 19.1.4 on macOS 15.4.1- The Zoom wheel only zooms in when zooming out I can see the graphic on screen but the timeline does not zoom out.
- Will you be improving and adding more actions? I found what you have given us to be lacking and expect more.
- Can we contribute back to the profile to make it better? a. I added my own pad actions, but I would like to contribute back - maybe others would too.

MX Console profiles seem buggy and you need to provide more profiles
MX Console needs WAY more app profiles to be truly useful. It's way to difficult to create things from scratch and honestly quite confusing.

Windows 10 to Windows 11 Ctrl Button Hold Lock
there is a very wierd bug, where you have a windows 10 OS and windows 11 OS 2 different computers.
When the Flow is on, and you move between the 2 computers. It basically locks Ctrl button in Hold Mode. Until you click the Ctrl Button a couple of times it does not unhold.
This happens every time you switch.

Akkustand in Prozent angeben
'Akkustand ist gut' finde ich extrem ungenau. Fünf Minuten später kann die Meldung kommen, dass ich aufladen muss. Bitte wenn möglich in Prozent - % - angeben.

私はこのバグのようにジェスチャー機能にSmartActionsを割り当てたいです。私はこの機能をかなり活用しているため、正式な機能として実装していただけると幸いです。
これを機能として実装すれば、多くの人にメリットがあると思います。特に生成AIと組み合わせる場合、ボタン一発で作業を完結したい人は沢山いると思われます。そのためには、ボタンの数は限られているので、ジェスチャー機能への割り当てが必要になると考えております。

Is this setting considered a bug? I would like to assign SmartActions to the gesture function, similar to what appears to be a bug currently. I use this feature extensively, so I would appreciate if it could be implemented as an official feature.
I believe implementing this as a standard feature would benefit many users. Especially when combined with generative AI, many people would want to complete tasks with just one button press. Logitech AI Prompt Builder UI - WIN 11 system scaling ignored
Logitech AI prompt buidler (ChatGPT) does not launch with system scaling consistently. It more often than not, will launch with 0% system despite windows 11 being scaled to to something like %225. Screen shot attached.

warum ist es nicht Möglich, die Kabellose Verbindung einer Logitech-Mouse so stabil
zu halten, das der Cursor im Verzeichnisstamm nicht springt z.B. an den Anfang des Verzeichnisstammes.
Diese Problem besteht mittlerweile eine Ewigkeit und irgendwie wird es nie gelöst !!
Gem. Internet haben das Problem ansch. viele.

Pan feature in global setting

add more mouse global profile slot or to reconize cloud base app
For the mouse preset , sometime it cant reconized some app eg( fusion 360 ) those cloud based app simply cant be reconized and cant really design a mouse profile for that application. Is it possible to add more global profile slot / somehow reconize those web app so that to solve such problem (for fusion I do know there is a way to map the app but everytime fusion update and I have to remap it which is quite annoying ) thanks for reviewing this issue

Custom Gestures missing "Start Menu" Option
When setting up a custom "gestures" scheme for my extra button on my MX Vertical, the option to assign "Start Menu" to a gesture is missing.

Move/re-arrange devices on Logi+ Home Screen
Restore ability to drag devices on Logi+ Home Screen to re-order them.
This used to be present, but now I have to scroll far to the right to even find the keyboard. I'd like the ability to move the devices I use most to appear on the home screen, then move the ones I don't need to touch as often somewhere else.
