    this is the same exact issue Im havng except it doesnt even opn on the second user it just shows the attached forever, loads of ppl posting this. same mouse, same install version and same win 11 pro as this guy shared. thank you for posting the details for their tech support. you're lucky it even opens on the 2nd user.

    same mouse. windows 11 pro. works only on admin account which I never use for security reason. https://logitech.uservoice.com/forums/925117-logi-options/suggestions/47279732-backend-connection-issues-windows-11-pro

    yea I thought Logitech was on the up & up and I waited 2 years after win 11 (at least) to actually start using it thinking bugs would be ironed out.. nope, Logitech is the one company still not supporting it. specifically win 11 pro on a non-admin account, it just throws this error.     they seem not to have built this for win 11 pro, I installed on a normal user account and it doesnt work its only on the admin account. cant even uninstall it without removing from the admin account to do so, headache trying to reinstall and test but this issue needs to get fixed asap. win 11 pro is the best windows why would they not have this working after years of win 11

    very annoyinng, Also just switched to windows 11 (pro) and same exact issue, nothing I can do to fix it. need it to set up basic mouse functions like switch desktop button isn't working but this error code occurs.... @Logitech please support windows 11 pro users .... what the heck !!! ths loads forever and if you mouse over the text at bottom it does a super quick mouseload but nothing opens or changes, circle of doom... sad to have to switch off logitech they have such great mx keys and mx mouse..
