2024 & this is still an issue! I have 2 Logitech keyboards... MK670 Wave & K850, both of which have 2 Insert buttons, for a total of 4 Insert button, none of which work for (drum roll)... Inserting!
I was trying to teach my mother computers & imagine my surprise when the function I loved so much, which also would've made her life easier didnt actually function... not even with the function key. I would insert facepalm but sure that wouldnt work here either. Thanks for the egg on my face to boot.
Insert for overtyping is still needed Logi techs (holding my tongue here). Make it happen on the keyboard itself like it used to, since many cant install any software on a work computer btw
Note: I really refrained from a ridiculous amount of puns & cursing here so that should count for something
