    Same for me... Customer service has been 0 help. Nice to know this has been going on for years with no resolution.

    I am experiencing the same issue. I found other threads on here going back over 2 years having this same issue and no fix yet. I have been on with customer support for about 2 hours with no helpful advice other than "uninstall and reinstall Options+" which, shockingly, did not work.
