    Logitech mouse and keyboard back end disconnecting - Solved

    I upgraded my Win 11 to V. 24H2 My Logitech Options+ back end started disconnecting every hour or so.
    I tried all of the fixes I could find online and none of them worked.
    What did work was changing the Logitech Dongle from the USB3 (colour coded orange) To an older Logitech USB 2 dongle colour coded Black.
    Both dongles were inserted onto a USB 2 socket on the PC.
    Those without and older dongle could try uninstalling USB device drivers in Device manager and when the mouse stops working use a short press on the PC’s power button to shut down. Fresh drivers will be installed on reboot.
