    Your "upgrades" have made my Logitech Flow decices malfunction and I re-install either Options or Options Plus. I am very angry, and your chatbot is utterly useless, keeps asking the same questions over no matter how I provide it with the necessary info. And ignores repeated requests to contact a human agent
